Ein terribly awful experience! I was there on August 2 nd, 20 th, 2019, and was bit by a bed bug. I am the boss's secretary, the boss, and the hotel has no answer to this. The frau bragged to me and claimed that she would reimburse me for the yacht's money. Although I have still not received any money, the notice document is inadequate. Calling or contacting inquiries are accepted as methods for submitting a request. In addition to the more extensive experience with the owner, the customer service here is also awful. The bed bugs bite me while I was there for two nights from August 18 to August 20 2019. When I checked out the following morning, I discovered the bug and informed the staff that there would be no one there during the night. They offered a response and assured me that they would reimburse me for the night and transfer the money to my credit card. This has not yet occurred, and nobody picks up the phone or responds to inquiries. Thus, the organization offers awful customer care as well.

This hotel is perfect to stay if you want to visit the kiln. There is also a selection of eateries nearby. The location is also fantastic. Trams to the city center take 20 minutes. Pay using a machine on the tram 2. 90.

When you view the beautiful park scenery from your hotel window, you must look for another accommodation. On the other hand, if you want to be greeted warmly by a tidy clean, warm, dry facility within five minutes of the autobahn, at the very corner of the kiln, this is the place for you. Service is marked down because this is an ibis economy, so very little service is provided. If you want to spend more and get a lot of service. The excellent mercury is just down the road. I should also say that my large, enthusiastic dog was just as friendly as I was!.

It was my second stay at the hotel. Good value for a relatively low cost. Very basic, but quite adequate for a short business trip. It would have been better if I didn't see cockroaches in the bread basket at breakfast.

I am sure that everyone who is booking this type of hotel knows what they are getting, a functional room without frills. The beds are comfortable, the shower works and the wifi is there. Good for one, but a squeeze for two. So all you romantic couples out there, look elsewhere!.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Um vom Bett aus gut TV sehen zu können ist dieser recht hoch angebracht. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Das Fenster konnte man zum Lüften öffnen.

Chambre conforme à la description. Les murs n’étant pas très épais, l’environnement peut vite devenir bruyant. La climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionner dans la chambre. Le lieu était propre et la literie confortable.

Les chambres sont rénovées, propres et agréables. Le point négatif est le manque d'insonorisation mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles, c'est correct. Par contre, l'enregistrement automatique n'a pas fonctionné. Heureusement, une dame était disponible à l'accueil.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ganz gut, Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für uns hat es ausgereicht, da wir nur zum schlafen da waren. Der Teppich war leider etwas staubig und an einem Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum duschen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, aber konnten einen Kaffe to Go kaufen 👍.

Der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert und angenehm, das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es im Zimmer einige Probleme: Schon beim Check-in war keine Seife vorhanden, die Toilette roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch und war insgesamt sehr unangenehm. Auch wenn wir das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben, war die Luft in der Toilette sehr schwül und feucht, was ein unwohles Gefühl hinterließ. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr eng, und die Kissen waren stark abgenutzt – sie hatten kaum Volumen, sodass man fast ohne Kissen schlafen musste. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt deshalb eher enttäuschend, obwohl der Ablauf an sich gut organisiert war.
