The employees were unprofessional and had poor service. A professional and unfriendly staff yelled at me to put on a mask despite the fact that all of the individuals who had breakfast had to take off their masks. There are 20 free parking spots on the property. The bathroom was inconveniently flooded by a drainage issue, and the room was clean enough with three towels, three glasses, and three chocolates.

A functional and pleasant hotel where everything is perfect! Very friendly, competent, and helpful staff at all levels reception, breakfast, cleaning. Very good place to stay. I only recommend it without restrictions.

This hotel really has a great experience. Large rooms are all spotless. The neighborhood is tidy and peaceful, close to restaurants such as Burger King, a sushi bar, and an Italian restaurant. Breakfast is very tasty. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly, and the receptionist helped us with our bags and offered us fresh fruit.

The reception was exceptional from the start and the beginning of the visit. The room was absolutely 5 star from styling to cleanliness. Breakfast was the best we had. Free parking. The only drawback to this hotel is its position. You need a car to reach central Cairns.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the corner room, where the wifi didn't work from my phone, not my laptop. The room looks nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and speaks English very well. This area was once the Mcgee US Army Barracks until 1994.
