Wow, great surprise. Traditional, wellkept property with a warm and cozy environment outside of the norm, exceptional personal service and familystyle. Because of the area along the journey weve been on, the pool, and the location where we had a common dinner at that time, we chose this location for our 9 children birthday 9 adults 4 kids. Now, everything exceeded expectations and left everyone feeling extremely content. Initial communications via application were excellent and informative. Dinner order, rooms split between guests, cake for dinner, etc. Everything is good and informative. Excellent English. Arrival was very good quick checkup and easy guidance, setting the scene for everyone. The rooms are all good. We had a wide variety of choices, and while there was a wide variety in style and bedding, all were spotless and comfortable. The pool was excellent, and with its semiopen indoor design, it was simple to monitor the right amount of visitors and manage everyone who wanted to swim. Dinner was excellent. We were given a private suite, which I wasnt asking for. It was a pure initiative by the hotel, and the exceptional lady who assisted with the selection of food and drinks, served the cake at the end, and so on. The service was pleasant, immaculate, individual, and quick. Traditional foods were plentiful, but there was a lot of variety to choose from and delicious! It is close to a small baththerme town where you can find the hotel. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Despite being quite a large location, the owners and their family were always there to check on everything and to see if it was okay. The spaswimming pools and the ocean are both wonderful places to do some relaxation. The only letdown was that when we tried to book some treatments several days before our arrival, they were largely booked. We got our treatments at the enormous therme, which is extremely nice and not as excellent as the hotel spa. We reserved our stay with all meals included. Breakfast was excellent and had freshly cooked eggs to order, dreads, and fresh fruit. Dinner, on the other hand, wasn't so good. The appetizers and bread were all excellent, however, the main course looked like it had been cooked out of the package and heated up. It'll be a la carte the next time.

This is one of our favorite hotels to visit. I prefer having the windows open because I could hear the birds singing. The hotel has a distinct history. The new rooms both have a shower and a bathtub, respectively. Both are tastefully decorated! Possibly the best breakfast in town. Beautiful spa pool area! I enjoy a massage or facial here.
