✓ Please be aware that the floors of the apartment makes some noise on some parts when you step on them. If you or maybe your children are really sensitive this could bother you.
✓ When you use the barbecue, please make sure that the area is clean and tidy afterwards.
✓ Wi-Fi-Speed: Please be aware that the internet speed is really low at the moment. You might not be able to watch Youtube or Netflix.
✓ Check-out: The regular check-out time on the day of departure is 11 a.m. A later check-out is only possible if no new guests arrive on the same day. Please ask us about it as early as possible. If you stay in the apartment longer without our agreement, the cleaning staff might has to wait in front of the apartment. Therefore we have to charge these costs at €20 per additional hour that you stay in the apartment.
✓All apartments in the building are similarly equipped. The pictures in this listing might be from another apartment and slightly different. For example, the picture from the balcony is from the 2nd floor. Please be aware that your apartment might be on another floor. You see this information in the first section of the listing description.
✓ We only provide one small towel per person. Please note that we don’t have any big shower towels.
Please read the following information carefully before you confirm your booking. By accepting the booking, you also state that you have read and accepted these informations.
✓ Due to the current energy crisis and the extreme raise of cost for heating, it is not allowed to tilt the windows permanently during the cold season. The rooms cool down unnecessarily and it takes a lot of energy to heat them up. Air out the room intensively for 5 minutes before sleep and in the morning. Close all doors and windows and turn down the heating system when you leave the apartment. Should we notice that windows are open after your check-out that while the heating is turned high, we will charge an additional fee of 20 € for the cost of heating.
In the event of violation, we are obliged to pass on your data to the authorities/lawyers of the plaintiff. The guest who made the booking is responsible for all of their roommates.
✓ The legal resting times are to be complied with: mon-sat from 10 pm to am. Be considerate of the neighbors and other house guests.
ATTENTION!
We are to be indemnified from all third-party claims if you use our internet access illegally, especially if you have culpably neglected the above information.
✓ The dishes need to be done before checking out.
✓ Smoking: Smoking in the apartment is not allowed since all apartments are not smoking apartments. In case that you smoke in the apartment we will change a penalty fee of 100 €.
✓ Recently we have received claims for damages due to illegal downloads/streaming. When downloading or uploading files, especially music, films or images, note that these may be protected by copyright. Violation of copyrights can, among other things, result in serious claims for damages against you.
✓ According to the German Registration Act, we are obliged to collect certain information about guests and be able to show these to authorities if necessary. For this purpose, like every hotel, we collect certain information from the guest who made the booking. This information must be submitted via the link provided prior to check-in.
✓ Please separate your trash and take it to the dumpsters behind the house on the day of your departure. You find the dumpsters in the first garage behind the house.
