I will definitely recommend this place. My friend and I stayed at this hotel on our city trip. There is a parking space in the basement and it is easily accessible by car. The rooms are spacious, have nice bathroom and are clean. The hotel is very well designed with a mix of the old beer brewery that used to be and modern architecture. There are also many restaurants close to the hotel.

The place takes its name from being part of a converted factory building. Designers deliberately made that a feature, leaving the building looking somewhat unfinished and shabby chic. The new parts are designed in industrial style, eg leaving concrete structures and walls visible. It is clear where the germanic campus is, but it's less clear if the hotel is on the campus or where it was once on the campus there is no signage on the main road and no signage on the campus. Their website pointed you to the right address to turn off the main road greener star. 91, although be aware this is not the official postal address. Underground car parking is available in the building, direct lift access to the reception, and the rooms cost a bit more than 10 per night. If you get to the building, the reception is friendly and efficient. About half of the rooms are a courtyard, the others are a parking lot, and the delivery and outdoor seating areas are quiet I only got one, but I would assume those who face the street are quieter. There is no fridge and no wardrobe, so it appears that the hotel doesn't expect guests to remain longer. The beds are comfortable if a little hard, with two pillows. Sadly, the curtains to darkness the windows are translucent, so the room cannot be darkened. Wifi was good, no specific 24-hour charger. Breakfast didn't taste

My husband said we were staying in an old factory hotel during our vacation. I didn't know what to anticipate, but I just told myself to meet my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there. The factory's facade was retained. The interiors were a mix of old and new. I liked how the design of the place tried to fulfil its original purpose by integrating industrial designs from the stairs to the chandeliers, while keeping the rooms equipped with modern amenities. We stayed in the hotel for one evening, and if you needed a large room, a parking space, a modern bedroom and bathroom, and a close proximity to the city center.

I cant wait to go back. On my birthday, I spent three days in the city where I am buried. I stayed in the factory hotel, a charming glass and weathered brick former brewery that provides premium lodging and amenities. This was a thrilling experience from start to finish, nestled among a square of contemporary eateries with a light skating rink. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful, gently thwarting my attempts at learning German, an early childhood. Although it was cold and frosty, we used the hotel to explore the old town and the surrounding area from start to finish during this brief visit.

What an amazing hotel. I must be the coolest hotel I have ever seen and stayed at. Old and new met in such a cool interior and exterior. The hotel area is clean and fresh with the entrance being in the old part of the hotel. A bit bar is that to access hotel rooms, you have to cross a section of the complex that is kind of situated outside. Ok, that sounds strange but I highly recommend going to see for yourself. Breakfast is a bit expensive, we didn't book it with our room. The center of monster is a 20 minute walk away with enough bakeries and bars to have a very good German breakfast and they know how to make it. We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant. This was nice and not too expensive and had huge portions. I can recommend the pizzeria just outside the hotel. Look at my other reviews of this restaurant.
