A hotel in a quiet area with a friendly ambiance and wonderful and warm hospitality. Offering spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean rooms with breathtaking views and balcony. The rooms must have a soaked fridge, a large, spotless bathroom, and barriers that allow for barrier free entry. It is surrounded by beautiful landscape with charming roads and paths. Everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, including the lovely owner, who goes above and beyond to exceed all the guests' expectations and demands, even the unique ones. A large breakfast of very high quality and a three-course supper with a good salad bar are recommended. The adjacent restaurant, which is part of the same hotel group, offers a warm pool, sauna, fitness, and steam bath, all of which are spotless and contemporary! Numerous rooms are actually bedrooms or apartments for bigger families. In the winter, renting ski equipment and ski passes can be arranged and picked up at the hotel with great ease. Including a free bus shuttle service to the ski trails! Highlights include the excellent and very spacious children's playroom with caretakers running around and taking care of children while playing or being taken care of in the playrooms. Ipads can be borrowed for free and provided free WiFi. This one is a family gem that provides a peaceful vacation in addition to the facilities it offers, its home, and warm ambiance

I like this hotel, I got a very good and peaceful location about a few miles from Oberstdorf city center. The staff is helpful. The room was very spacious, every room had a lovely large bathroom with open showers, several for wheelchair travelers. There is a pool area with a large parking area and sunny terraces for lunch and dinner. There is also a chalkboard with a variety of delicious breakfast buffets.

We find the hotel about two years ago. Since then, we come every year. A great location to have a ski vacation with children aged 512 years. Skis, lessons, shuttles, etc. will be made for you before your arrival. There are plenty of activities for young children, and they continue to grow based on feedback from customers. The staff is extremely friendly, always assisting with any needed information. A good place to have a family ski experience, no apres ski boys.

The hotel is run by a family. Julia the owner speaks good English and went out of her way to help us. Even our dog was welcome and allowed to eat at the restaurant. There are paths near the hotel for easy access to nature. You can ride for miles if I hired a handbrake. Oberstdorf is also great for disabled tourists. The cable car system travels to the Nebelhorn suit. Fantastic views. Will definitely return. If your disability offends you, stay away. Otherwise enjoy. I've traveled extensively and have not been anywhere I've given it five stars, but this hotel certainly does. Rooms and apartments are huge, and the restaurant is excellent. I am paraplegic and use a wheelchair as a full-time wheelchair. Excellent indoor pool with a resistance jet. A jacuzzi and sauna. Everything is immaculate. The hotel is operated by a family. Julia, the proprietor, speaks excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us. Even our dog was welcomed and allowed in the restaurant. There are trails close to the hotel for easy access to nature. You can travel miles if I rented a handbrake. Oberstdorf is also ideal for disabled travelers. The cable car system travels to the Nebelhorn suit. Excellent views.

The hotel is also close to the train station and is also close to the shopping area. When you want to eat a good meal, the food was also lovely. The employees were friendly. The place was also well worth the money.
