I chose this hotel based on reviews although it wasnt terrible, it wasnt all that great either. The rooms were comfortable and adequate with comfortable beds. The location in Trassenheide was peaceful but too isolated. The area was dead by 9 a. M. Even the parking lot to the beach is closed, and the area restaurant kitchens are also closed. If we didnt want to stay at the hotel restaurant, we had to drive to zinnowitz or heringsdorf for dinner. Restaurant food was average with appetizing presentation but lacking flavor. Orders for meat were safe but fish was not fresh, and pasta was overcookedThe breakfast buffet was nothing special even the bread was freshly baked. I am turning off the lack of effort in catering to international guests. For example, you should expect basic information written in English or another language. For a four-star hotel, for example, you should expect basic information written in English or another language. This hotel may be acceptable for germanspeaking families with small children, but not ideal for nongerman speaking international travelers like me and my family, it was a mistake to come here. I had the impression that my presence was tolerated but not welcomed. Staying in the Zinnowitz or Heringsdorf area would have been a better option.

I would recommend this place. The condition of the hotel is very modern with very clean interior. The pool size is very small but very nice with a sauna facilities. The cleanliness of the room is very good and the kitchen has an excellent service with a large area for cooking. They provide a small but lovely swimming pool with a sauna if you want to stay. But for breakfast they provide so good, I wouldn't give a bad experience. I enjoyed this place, I will suggest this hotel.

Excellent value for the money. Rating 910. Great room, actually it was a suite with a separate kitchendining room and living room. Own balcony. Large bathroom with good water pressure, very nice shower, separate toilet with own hand basin. The bed was comfortable, and the reception was very good.

We stumbled across this great property in Germany, traveling north and east to see Peenemunde and the Ve rocket work and it seemed like an oasis that saved our bacon. We were on our own to find something, and boy did we. A nice room cost 60 euros and as we entered the room I noticed that the other side of the hall opened west. As it was nearly sunset, I returned and asked if I could change to a room with a patio, facing west all of this without me or the receptionist understanding our languages. We eventually decided to fix it and moved to the third floor with a beautiful balcony for 10 euros more. Oh, if that wasnt enough, the full breakfast in the morning for the two of us was amazing.

Even in the rain, I come here several times a year. The beach is close, and I love to go there with my dog in 20 minutes' walk. I think they also have a shuttle to the beach. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. The restaurant also has excellent fish dishes. Please keep in mind that in low season, the kitchen typically closes at rp. The breakfast is included and excellent. My highlight is also the spa area, which has a variety of saunas to choose from and daily sauna infusions. Long opening hours are ideal, from 7 am to 10 pm. Families with young children have a lot to offer.
