Julian and Roman were exceptional at customer service and friendliness. Khan and the female staff member in the restaurant were outstanding, as well. Room only got cleaned when I requested it, which was strange to me, but it all worked out. Exceptional property. This is my second extended stay and I look forward to using this property in the future! 💛

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bett bequem, die Zimmertemperatur angenehm. Es gab eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bei den Zimmern vorne heraus hört man den Straßenlärm leicht. Wer empfindlich ist, solle Oropax nehmen.

I asked when i booked whether i could hv a lower bunk. They responded maybe. They did and even put a sign on the bed that it was reserved. The bed was very comfortable. It wasnt too bad as far as noise was concerned.

This place was the perfect stay for three old friends having an extended trip to Berlin. While it might fall short of the luxury or charm many would want on a romantic stay, the place had absolutely everything we needed, and it was easy, cheap, comfortable and clean, plus the staff were probably the nicest I ever remember meeting in any hotel, no exaggeration.

Great stay in Berlin! Super welcoming and friendly staff. Let us get our room early when we arrived free of charge, and a welcome drink. Easy to get to by bus and U-Bahn. Short walk to Huxleys Neue Welt :)

Hyvä sijainti. Lähellä U-bahn asema minkä kautta pääsee ympäri kaupunkia liikkumaan. Alueella paljon ravintoloita ja myös eri liikkeitä. Huone tilava ja persoonallisesti sisustettu. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja maistuva. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Monta kertaa majoituttu eikä yhtään pettymystä. Ainoa miinus se että huone luovutettava pois jo klo 11.

My room was clean and prepared when I checked-in and the staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is located next to Hermannplatz, which can get noisy and busy during the days since it's a hub for public transportation for the U-subway and busses, which can take you to all the main tourist spots in Berlin. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want to balance saving money on hotel stays and being as close as possible to transit to the tourist spots.
