This place is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Not far from museums and city center. Tram line 1.

We stayed at the grand hotel downtown for two nights from august 6 to 8. When we arrived, the receptionists were friendly, professional, and quick to book us in and answer our questions. We booked a standard room, which was small but clean and had enough amenities for our stay. There was tainn problem with the room but the staff moved us to idlc the next morning and also offered free breakfast. The rooms are clean, have utensils and coffee machines. A hvac, flannel, wardrobe, desk refrigerator with water, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was good. They serve fried breakfast, continental, cereal, fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast and continental. All day long, you can use the restaurants coffee machine. To explore Amsterdam, we rented bikes from the hotel. Leidensplein and vondelpark were both 5 minutes away, while cycling into central took about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel! All the employees we came into contact with were lovely and an asset to the motel. Thank you for letting me know!.

We had a great time while we were here. This hotel, in my opinion, is ideal for extending systmy stay. The location is excellent, its only ten to thirty minutes walk from the city center. There are several cafes, bars, and restaurants close by. Tram lines can be reached on foot. Friendly personnel. Very comfortable beds! The rooms are roomy and spotless. Additionally, you can always request bottled water from reception.

The home was clean overall, but the walls are very thin. I can easily hear alarms and conversations from other people through the wall. The location is perfect, just a short walk into town. Staff at reception are friendly and will book you cab to the airport.

The room is not bad, i dont speak english, but they are always very helpful, friendly and smiling. The best thing was a girl who told me to leave my headphones in the room because the location was exact. She went 3 times to check the rooms and found them. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a great time at this place. A pleasant, tidy hotel with quaint bakeries and cafes close by. Throughout our twoweek vacation, we received some excellent service from several hotels, but the assistance we got from one young lady at the front desk here was unmatched.

New york pizza and an Albert Heijn are both conveniently located nearby, making the hotel in ideally situated.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were great and friendly. I stayed in a room with two balcony views which was also great. Price is also not too bad for teh price. Will definitely come back here next time i visit amsterdam.

Excellent hotel for exploring. Nice, spotless room with a rooftop balcony. Quiet room. Wellequipped. I adored the coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Powerful hairdryer. We soon found our way around and didnt need the tram to the town center, but we enjoyed the walk in instead.

The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of downtown city center. The prices are reasonable, even during christmas, although parking can be pricier. At 35 e per day, the hotel offers wholesome breakfast, backed by incredibly supportive staff and attentive service. Additionally, our room was impeccably clean.

This place has a great location, and the rooms have beautiful views from the terrace. However, the floors in the room are stained or dirty, there is tatty furniture that needs to be replaced. The kettle needs replacing, not 4 stars as standard, but i paid 4 prices! Clean bed that was changed daily.
