Erhielten alle 8 Personen ein upgrade ins 3 sterne hotel der selben kette an der gleichen strasse zum preis vom 1 stern hotel da sie gerade eine wasserschaden hatten. Frühstück erhielten wir geschenkt, als entschädigung. Wirklich sehr nettes und hilfbereites personal. Frühstück war super. Viel auswahl und schön angerichtet. Zimmer sind mit mineralwasser u d tv ausgestattet. Schönes badezimmer und alles da wie seife duschlotion. Badetücher. Wlan ist auch kostenlos. Wir haben 2 4er zimmer gebucht. Die zusatzbetten sind keine bettsofas. Was ich sehr begrüsste. Wir waren für ein wochenend trip dort und würden wieder dort buchen. Super zentral und nahe am bahnhof direkt an der s bahn linie. Top aufenthalt und preis leistungsverhältnis.

Its generally a good offer for the money. It's a guest house, not a hotel. The hotel appears excellent in general. The tram stop in front of the building, attractive common areas, excellent breakfast, fresh towels, and spotless toiletry The two incorrect rooms are definitely the more inconvenient sides. The two terrible carpets and broken beds, and blankets that are stained blankets are both assigned to the incorrect room. The checking desk employee was simply German and was unfamiliar with the subject. There is no vent in the room, which makes the area extremely noisy, so bring earplugs if you plan on keeping the windows open through the night. Because wifi does not function, this is simply what happened to us. We are four people, and I had reserved and billed for two double rooms. We eventually grew to three people because my companion was unable to make the trip. When we got there, we were told that there is only one room available. We got the key card, then, the elevator took us upstairs. And then, it's a simple room with only one bed for three people! It was, we believed, unoccupied. But seriously! I now relished. I had to descend again. There was no explanation or apology from the checker. Further, she was astonished to learn that we are actually three people and had reserved two rooms. She seemed to

In general, it's a fair deal for the money. You must keep in mind that it's a guesthouse, not a motel. Pros excellent position tram stop in front of the building, friendly common areas, excellent breakfast, clean sheets, and tidy bathrooms. The check-in desk employee spoke only german, twice giving the wrong room ridiculously dirty carpeting, broken beds, stained blankets, no ventilator in the room, very noisy neighborhood, so bring earplugs if you plan on keeping the windows open all night. Wifi doesn't work, so briefly, what happened to us. We are four people and booked and paid for 2 double rooms. My friend unable to come, so we ended up being three. When we arrived, we were told there is only one room for us. Alright, we can make do with 3 beds in a room, we thought. We got the key card, and then we went up the stairs, unlocked the door. And it's a single room with a tiny single bed. For 3 people! At least, we thought it was unoccupied. But seriously! I was furious. I had to go down once more. She seemed to have any accurate information on the bookings or the hotel occupancy room facilities. Luckily, I had all my confirmation emails saved so that helped a bit. At least we were given 2

Tolles Zimmer mit tollem Bad in super zentraler Lage. Leider war die nahegelegene Bar/Kneipe noch bis nach 1 Uhr nachts sehr laut zu hören. Also war der Schlaf dadurch etwas gestört.
