Overall, a fairly pleasant stay at this location. The room was big, the bathroom had been renovated, was clean, and included all the necessary facilities. We never met in person, but they were unable to clarify that our room was not at the main desk in the same location, but rather a short walk on the opposite side of the road. Worse, the employees did not inform us that we could only check in after hours while leaving us the keys in the safe with the password provided. When we went to an unfamiliar city late at night, this was unquestionably a nasty surprise. This also makes getting to the train station more difficult than initially anticipated, but there are buses available. Our room has a kitchenette, but there is no kettle to boil water in. Funny that!.

It's a shame we were at the wrong location when we arrived, because I didn't read the booking document correctly. The receptionist was very helpful and directing me to the location of our accommodation. But when we got to our room it was very basic. Bed and linen. For the money I felt this very poor. No kettle or basic amenities. On the plus side, the towels were changed every day. This is a perfect room for a group of guys or girls on stage doo, but not for a family visit. We were lucky we had friends nearby to spend the day with.
