We spent two nights there because of a deal. Despite our sending a letter to notify them that we would be arriving at 10 a.m., nobody was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited for 20 minutes before someone finally entered. She had no idea, but she could at least give us our keys because it was a waiter. The rooms were as described, fully furnished, and tidy. We didn't sleep well, but I can't say if the mattress is the issue. The cuisine was delicious, fresh, and fantastic, but there was no spa facilities, and the massages were far too expensive. The motel is in the middle of nowhere, far from all amenities. We didn't even have the piece of cake included in our deal. We were a little dissatisfied with our visit..

Overall, good for a quiet, relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle with friendly personnel. The hotel has just undergone a renovation, so the rooms are spotless, with nice walk-in showers, though a little spartan. The room does not have a beverage-making capability. Despite having the heating turned off, the rooms, which were for us, were extremely warm, especially with plasticine bed protectors. While there is no blanket available in the rooms, it's a great option if you prefer a distraction from the internet. The restaurant's cuisine was fantastic, but the service was slow and despite our e-mail reminding them at the front desk that we went to dinner, our table for six had not been prepared. Additionally, the menu is not particularly large and we were disappointed that a few items were not available. The homemade bread at breakfast was excellent. The spa area is new but small, and you have to reserve and pay for everything, including the steam room, which was, however, quite pleasant, being 28 euros for up to four individuals. There is just a playroom for the kids and a couple of weird chairs outside the restaurant that we completely missed because we couldn't quickly get together with our friends for a drink or a cup of tea. I stayed here for a weekend. The place is very good, if you want to relax it's the best place. The only negative thing is the lack of a sauna. A nice opportunity for hiking and mountain biking. The food is very good and natural.
