It was a good hotel with an average 3-star rating. Easy access to and from the airport and public transport. Be aware that some rooms have windows into the ensure from the bedroom, so check before making a reservation if privacy is your thing. Our room had a view of the street from the front and was quite noisy until the early hours of the morning because there are some bars and restaurants in the nearby structures and a tram line. At the time of our stay, a building site was starting up across the street around 8 a.m. Every morning. The walls between the rooms are relatively thin, so noise can easily pass through them. Bring earplugs to this hotel if you sleep light. Aside from noise, this was a decent hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had high water pressure. Breakfast is simple but adequate, a buffet-style setup, with scrambled eggs being the only cooked menu, but you get the usual selection of meats, cheeses, bread, cereals, fruit, juices, canister coffee, yogurts, etc.

This hotel has a strategic location. Close to the I subway stop and Alexander plate. I will recommend you to stay here, please keep it in mind that it's situated in a street full of pubs and restaurants. This hotel has a nice staff and willing to answer any question with a smile. The room was very quiet, charming, and comfortable with isolating windows. The room is a mix between old and new. It is equipped with all conveniences. The bathroom is spacious, has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready to satisfy all needs. Typical German breakfast, with a wide variety of different meals.

The breakfast here was the best. There are so many dishes to choose from. The room was so clean and fresh. And then, I got a very basic accommodation in a busy area of Berlin. Next to the train station, and a good distance from all the attractions.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to many important tourist attractions, and there is a city sightseeing bus nearby. The room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. No cooked breakfast, but a nice selection of cold meats, cheese, and other goodies. Although there is no hotel bar, it is close to many bars and coffee shops on foot.

The cleanliness of the room was good. The AC remote controller only worked once and when it wasn't working. The staff was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. Breakfast offered many topics, and it was also good for accommodation. The elevator was broken a few times and the room was the upper floor. Fortunately, there is no need to take stairs with your luggage.

Das Hotel ist klein und schön. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber ich hatte schon lange kein Einzelbett mehr. Bis auf die Blümchentapete war das Zimmer sehr schön. Die Fenster sind top - man hört nichts.

Very clean, well maintained property. The room seemed newly renovated and had plenty of space for suitcases. The hotel offered a proper German breakfast which had a decent selection, and staff were professional and helpful. The immediate area was also very convenient for shops and restaurants, and had easy access to the tram.
