I would strongly suggest this to anyone visiting the area. We booked a couple of nights here so that we could have a base for the town and countryside. We chose wisely! The hotel is situated on the corner of Heilgeistrasse and Badstuberstrasse. The front desk is on the first and the entrance to the rooms is on the subsequent. Parking is accessible behind the hotel on Papenstrasse. The front desk is small but check-in was smooth, papers were ready, and after a quick signature, I had the keys! On the first floor, we had room 1! It was a little surprising because it was spacious, light, and bright, and very fresh. Twin beds, a sofa, a table, a desk, and two chairs, and a flat-screen to be had in the bed room. Wifi is free and reliable. The entrance hall has a fair-sized closet with plenty of hanging space. The shower room was a good size, with a toilet, shower cubicle with shower gel, sink, hair dryer, and all well-organized. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with a wide variety of cheese, salami, meat, cereal, etc. good value! The town shops and the harbor are both nearby. There is some street noise at night the hotel does provide earplugs, but let

In august, we enjoyed an extended stay at the hotel amber. Our room was very nice, and we were impressed by its comfort and cleanliness. The bathroom was well equipped, clean and modern. The room contained a small table, chairs, and couch. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a nice room on the main floor. The staff was always pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. This made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the harbor and equally close to the other attractions in the historic Stalsund. We heartily suggest the hotel amber to anyone visiting this lovely city.

Very affordable rates and a fantastic location to meet the friendly and friendly locals. I reserved this hotel due to its proximity to the old section of St. Ulrich and the hotel's cost offering a four-night offer at the rate of three for the same price. The reception opens at 6 a. M., but if you arrive later, the hotel will give you a code when you make your reservation to access the entrance and room keys. Very simple. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with a bathroom with a shower and earplugs. Even with the window opened the room was quite quiet. The reading lamp and wifi reception were really appreciated. Each morning, an alternate type of cake was served for breakfast, with the typical German spread of cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, and rolls. Two varieties of herring salad were also offered, possibly due to the city's proximity to the baltic setting of stralsund and the town's proximity to bismarck herring. A taxi to the hotel costs around eur 10. There are city buses, but they don't run very often, and driving from the stop to the hotel may be a bit confusing on side streets. Finally, in the hotel cellar, there is a lovely pub called Zapfbar.

This hotel is not that far from the major tourist attractions. This hotel is quite small and not in a bad area with a noisy road. The staff is very nice and helpful. I will say this hotel is worth the money. :It's been renovated recently. Small but pleasant hotel, not far from the tourist attractions and on a noisy road, there is not much parking space. There is no elevator. The employee is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location close to the harbor and the main attractions. The rooms are a good size with a large three-way shower. Good buffet breakfast with a wide selection. A daily free supply of coffee and cake is a nice touch.
