We stayed here for one night while returning to the uk. We chose this hotel because it was so close to the town of Fröhrburg. For those who drive, the hotel has secure underground parking, as well as off-street parking in front of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable, it was at the end of the building on a corner. This gave us a double perspective with 2 balcony doors both accessible through patio doors. One balcony had a table and chairs, the other was very large and shared with the room next door, this was good for us because our friends were in this room. When you enter the room it has a room with a sofa bed with a large window, bathroom and wardrobes. There was a glass wall and door locked to access the bedroom. This made the room very spacious. There are no curtains on the windows, just long floor to ceiling nets, but there are roller shutters in every window for nighttime privacy. The bed was very comfortable with a down pillow and quilt, further blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. Our bathroom was well proportioned with a large bath over. There is a flat screen only englishspeaking channel in the room. I was very pleased with the room as it was very light and spacious. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel which will take you into Frohburg. There is also a bakery and chemist

Our room was clean, warm and comfortable. The restaurant wasn't open in the evenings. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, we had to ask for eggs and I was charged extra for a few croissants. Apart from that, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Free wifi is not provided.
