Das Hotel ist perfekt, ich als viel Hotelbewerter kann die volle Punktzahl geben. Die Umgebung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dafür kann aber der Hotelbesitzer nicht. The hotel was very clean and in a nice location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Abdel. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and always had a smile on his face. He made the hotel stay feel like home!

This hotel comes with a clean and spacious room. The hotel does not offer evening meals, but the front desk staff will assist you in ordering pizza takeout. Although I only spoke a little German, they all spoke good English and ordered for me. Next to a Burger King, a large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away, and the breakfast was excellent. There were lots of fresh bread, pastries, eggs, and meats, and the breakfast was excellent. This fits the bill if you want a hotel as a place to stay but not a resort.

I was curious about this stay because um is the town where I grew up, and I have known the hotel for a long time but have never slept there. Now I had the opportunity. The hotel is fairly small, but the room itself is quite surprising. It is spacious and has a distinctive design flair. There I felt really at ease. And it is really business oriented. There are plugs everywhere, a decent wifi hotspot, and complimentary water. Breakfast provides everything you want, including all kinds of bread and fresh fruit and juices. The service is friendly and quick, allowing fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is located right on Um's main road axes, but it is not noisy, so it is clearly a recommendation for a business trip in Um.

After a quite long journey, everything was wrong when we arrived. When we arrived at rp, reception didn't open. It was a car showroom on a very, very busy road across from ikea and a huge shopping mall. Oh my goodness. Rp, let our fears go away. A delightful receptionist, who spoke perfect English, took us to the underground parking lot and showed us a contemporary, simple, quite spacious, and spotlessly clean room. Once we had settled in, it was only a short walk to the center of Um or the old quarter, where there are all the excellent restaurants. Another delightful young receptionist made sure we had a fantastic breakfast. The only drawback was the noise from a nearby night, which might have troubled the light sleeper. The hotel is reasonably priced and offers excellent value when used as a stopover. Although it is not a vacation hotel, it met its goal more than adequate.
