We were in a coach tour and stayed here. It is a cozy small family run establishment, with different room sizes, but ours was a decent-sized twin, so no complaint. Breakfast was typical continental cuisine with a variety of cold meats, cheeses, three types of bread, preserves, cereal, tea, and coffee. Dinner had a set three-course menu that was very good.

When we came in December for 3 nights, we hoped the hotel would be exactly what we had anticipated for the price we had paid. Even though our coach driver had a heated argument with the owner less than an hour earlier, check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly. In our room, we then had to go back to the front desk and ask if they could reserve a taxi to town, which we were a little worried about because of the earlier arguments. Nothing to be done. Any time we needed assistance calling taxis, restaurants, or other services, the front desk staff could not have been more accommodating, and the blonde lady was always cheerful and pleasant. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed, and the shower always had hot water. We had a drink in the bar area every night on our way out, but we never tried the restaurant because you never have the same experience in a hotel as in a local restaurant, so we just can't see the benefit of traveling hundreds of miles to sit in a hotel when there are always other alternatives. It was strange. When we finally returned to our reading service, we were informed by the next driver, who was transporting us on the last leg of our journey, that he hates returning people to the hotel we had just paid hundreds of pounds to stay at because he has numerous issues there? The location is very strategic because the location is very close to the train station and close to the train station. They serve the breakfast, but the staffs are very rude and ignorant. And then there's the bathroom. After that, they serve me a delicious breakfast, but not enough food to satisfy my taste buds. Subsequently, the room was so old. Besides that, it makes the place so old.

The staff here is very kind and caring. They also serve delicious breakfast with a lot of cold meat, cheese, 3 types of bread, preserves, cereals, tea and coffee. The meal is cooked very well, it is a 3 course menu.

This hotel is great because we stayed here recently while travelling with the Shearings coach company, and we couldn't fault the staff, service, or accommodations in this hotel. The personnel worked really hard to ensure that we had a wonderful new year and provided us with excellent and sufficient food. The entire neutering year's dinner was served on the evening of the new year, and the staff put in a lot of effort to ensure that we had a nice experience. I would only comment on the mild aspect of this, which would be a personal judgement, that the room where the meal was being served was quite warm and that it would have been nice to get up to perform or move around throughout the courses, and that it was quite hot in the dining area, although it would have been nice to get up and maybe dance, or at least move about. We had an excellent game of skittles organized by the staff during our five-day visit, and the hotel was tidy. We can only express our gratitude for an incredible and exciting year.

Das Personal ist sehr Service-orientiert und herzlich. Leider ist es ein wenig unterbesetzt. Eine person für Rezeption, Anliegen, und Restaurantbedienung ist zu wenig. Daher ab und zu Wartezeiten.

Older hotel with all the amenities, but could use some room upgrades. Mattress was soft, bathroom was small and should have a shower curtain to be able to take a normal shower without making the whole bathroom wet. Parking can be a challenge since there is only street parking and the roads are pretty busy around the hotel. But apart from one evening I had parking in front of the entrance. Friendly staff speaking several languages. Didn’t try the restaurants for dinner or weekend breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool are closed. Overall a good stay for the price paid

Good old hotel near places where we want to go. On Sunday, cleaning service knocking & open the door at 9.30 while check out was at 11.00. This is disturbing.

Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sauna und Schwimmbad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aufpreis von 13€ fürs Frühstück.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilsbereit und aktiv, um Antworten und Lösungen zu finden. Das Bad ist neu gemacht, nur schade, dass die Badezimmertür nicht erneuert wurde. Die Einrichtung "in die Jahre gekommen" aber ok, das Zimmer gross mit schönen Kunstdrucken an der Wand gestaltet.

The hotel is a 20 minute bus ride the centre of Aachen it is a nice hotel with a good restaurant and friendly staff.When I had a problem they were able to sort it out to my satisfaction. The buses into Aachen are every 15 minutes and if you are out after the last bus a taxi costs 10 Eurostar from the centre.
