Located right in the city center with excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is an attached sushi restaurant if one doesn’t feel like going beyond the hotel. It is an older hotel but in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. There is free wifi that actually works well. There is an elevator if you are traveling with someone who has mobility limitations. The only knock on the amenities is the lack of an ice machine for guests that is common in all older hotels. Parking is offsite in a parking garage. Something to be expected with hotel located right in a city center. It is €5 a night but accessible to leave and return with validated parking tickets from the front desk. In our case, the upper level parking was visible from our room which was reassuring. A special request was made for a room to have 2 separate beds and this was taken care of and ready on our arrival. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the Hotel Central.

I booked three nights here. Very pleasant hotel situated in the heart of the city. Especially for the Christmas market. Very friendly staff. Because we had to reduce our stay by one night, they sorted it all out for us so that we didn't have to spend the wasted night. Also, they cleared out parking right outside the hotel as it was heaving on the day of the market and provided gingerbread for our journey. It is highly recommended.

It's not a bad decision if you're traveling on business. The bed is good and the room is clean and the size of the bed is adequate. The bed has the most appropriate plugs. Next to the bed. There are numerous small restaurants, beer gardens, bakeries, etc in the area. Which is helpful in generating decent food options. The room has a wide range of plugs for inch charging devices. However, the internet connection is decent for business use. The tiny fan is weak. Fussy sleepers beware, it is a little difficult to get used to, and the two continental pillows on the mattresses are odd to get used to. The breakfast buffet is adequate but not extraordinary. The front desk staff provided always helpful and pleasant assistance.

This hotel has a great breakfast. The restaurant is old but warm and inviting, and the food is of the highest quality and variety. The noise in the rooms was very good, and the room service was adequate. It's close to the city center, which is very easy to reach, especially the main train station. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone looking for a business trip.

This is a great service. We stayed at the Central Hotel receptionist and greeted us quite politely and professionally. We were handled very quickly and a bed for our daughter was placed in our room. The room size is large, comfy and clean. All aspects of our stay were what we expected and should have been.

Schwer in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäße Ausstattung. Vielleicht hatte ich aber auch einfach nur ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, trotz guter zentraler Lage und nettem Frühstücksteam würde ich das nächste Mal ein moderneres Zimmer wählen.

Personnel non présent depuis l'arrivée jusqu'à mon départ. Le check-in s'est fait par téléphonne (alors que je suis arrivé dans les heures). Pas de petit déjeuner car la salle était fermée malgrés le fait que j'ai payé pour. Pas de personnel à la réception donc pas de check-out non plus. Je n'aurais pas vu un seul employé lors de mon séjour!

Een 4-sterren hotel was het misschien 40 jaar geleden, maar nu sterk verouderd. Op de matras voel je je als een weens worstje tussen een broodje. Hoofdkussen moet dubbel gevouwen worden om steun te geven. Opgestaan met rugpijn. Wel vriendelijk onthaal.
