Excellent service, but in our case, even though we had placed an order earlier, we were waiting too long for lunch. The crust on my wiener schnitzel was partially removed, which I suspect was caused by a burn. Sometimes this occurs, but recovery is essential. The waiter only had to apologize. They could do a lot better than this.

The rooms were excellent and clean. Very spacious. Breakfast did not seem to be anything special because it looked like a mass catering establishment. Filtered coffee was weak. In my opinion, there is still room for improvement in this area. I also believe that the breakfast is overpriced for the quality.

For a weekend getaway, we headed to Regensburg, stopping for a walk to enjoy the nearby Kaiser thermals, which had a poor beach. The hotel, which was situated in the serene countryside and still close to the city and had ample parking, a beer garden, a large eatery, and a saunawhimsical pool, was a fantastic option. Although some of the hotel's renovations are ongoing, our tripleroomsuite appeared to have recently undergone a huge remodel with cabinets three equally idealsizedcomfortable mattresses, a lounge set with two dressers, one with a large mirror and the other with a to many channels of sky and minibar under, and a fullysized bathroom cabinet. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is free and strong. The hotel's own butcher shop had sausages, ham and other items on the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Champagne, sectsparklingwine, which passed my special test for 45star hotels, was also offered to match the smoked salmon.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but nothing exceptional. The location is quiet and not really in the city, but it's recommended if you want to experience almost the countryside after a busy day. I've already been here several times for lunch and have always enjoyed the typical bayerischen ambience. The menu offers a variety of meat and fish options, as well as local cuisine. There is an extensive variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. I sampled an excellent pumpkin soup and ate a straightforward dish of fried eggs, spinach, and potato. There isn't much wine list, and there are numerous regional selections. Service is not always anticipating expectation.
