We stayed here during a congress. The hotel is only a short walk from the Munich congress center. The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast includes everything you need. The only negative would be the price that was 380 for 2 nights during the congress.

During exhibition season, it's difficult to judge a Munich hotel's price is blatantly outrageous. 200 for a small regular room is incomprehensible. Sleeping quality bed below average shower stream, ok for summer camping vacation. Ok, what was good? Internet access, 15 minutes walk to mess, 5 minutes walk to San Francisco. Don't forget to announce private late after 6 am.

The location is close to the exhibition center and the bus stop. And then, the breakfast here was excellent. Subsequently, the shower was good with German.

This one was difficult to evaluate because it had so many facets. It did the job reasonably priced while we were there for a fourday conference at the nearby conference center. It was an excellent value for the money, the rooms were warm, dry, clean, and equipped with the necessities. After getting past the filthy exterior, our hostess was quite welcoming and helpful, even doing some required ironing for us at no additional cost and providing the use of umbrellas. It's not a business so it has the potential to be fairly homey average points. The car park is modest, only 3 cars, and it has a fairly diverse continental style. The internet worked but it was a bit a challenge and wasn't too brief drawbacks There were no teamaking facilities, the bed was a single, the welcome was brusque, and the advertised ironing facilities weren't available. It is not a business, so it misses some of the essential requirements. There isn't much to do with bars, eateries, etc. Overall, the evaluation is that I would return there? Yes probably if I was attending a conference it performs its job at a pretty basic level.

In the end, this hotel is quite quiet and clean. Although the location is in a residential area, it is a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk from the IMS Congress Center. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. The bathroom is quite large and has floor heating. Breakfast was perfect and the wifi worked perfectly. The restaurant and barprinzregent behind the corner provide whatever you need in this area. It is recommended if you need a restaurant or local pub. If arranged earlier, a sauna could be a plus.
