The breakfast was also good. The hotel location is on the river. The restaurant is closed at you and the female owner is very grumpy. This woman should not own a hotel. The other people are very friendly.

We had previously been here and had a great time and were eager to return. It was a great pleasure for us to return this year to enjoy the models and coaches in particular. However, we changed from our usual hotel to have sonnschein because we needed a balcony overlooking the river. Well, we weren't let down. We had a lovely, comfortable room with a river view. Despite having limited parking, the hotel is conveniently located. With all the classic German breakfast items, the breakfast buffet is quite impressive. You were made to feel at home by the hotel staff. The room decor is somewhat old-fashioned by modern standards of chrome and glass, but it only enhanced the charm of the hotel. Our only minor disappointment was that the hotel restaurant closes at 1730 1800, which is far too early for us.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure their guests have the best time in coaches. Gives you advice on what to do and do not in the area, ie recreational drone flying, bike tours etc., they treat the guess as their family. The rooms are pretty nice for their price, very quiet and clean.

This hotel has a good attitude. We have a good experience in this place. The area is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. But when the reception staff closed, no food or drinks were served at the restaurant until the next day. The breakfast was okay. Parking is a big issue. Unfortunately, there aren't enough parking places and you can't book directly. So I traveled 200 km from Scotland, but I didn't park properly. The parking space is also in a very bad location.

I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The breakfast was excellent, the hosts were warm and welcoming, and the location was excellent just across the bridge from the city. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but a bit odd. The room was on the third floor, and the toilet was in a cubicle out in the hallway. I understand that this and the adjacent rooms are sometimes used as a suite. The shower private was in the room 12 floor down at the end of the hallway. I would stay here again realizing that these arrangements are just the nature of older hotels.
