The check-in process goes smoothly and the receptionist was very helpful and answered our questions in English while giving us the WiFi password. They have free wifi! The wifi worked! Our rooms were on the first floor, but unfortunately, we didn't have sea-facing rooms, as they were the last two available for our specific dates. The rooms are spacious and have spacious beds, two chairs, a table with a separate study corner. A small bar, coffee maker, with the usual selection of tea bags, milk, and more. Surprise of surprises fresh coffee powder a charming little percolator made of china. Breakfast was included for our stay of two nights. A brief but delicious breakfast with excellent coffee, fresh homemade preserves, a variety of breads, cheeses, cold preserves, and all served in a bright dining area facing the sea. On the day of check out, we had to leave the room by 10. The bright bathroom amenities, hairdryer, gel soap, and body lotion, were another added pleasure.

I got the good design furniture. They have a mini kitchen with a nice taste. The condition of the apartment was very clean and clean, they also served me with a private breakfast. Quite a peaceful place.

I will never return to this hotel. Classic Helgolander hotel. The hotel reception is not at the hotel, and there is a small map that says where to find the reception. The receptionist was unfriendly and nothing helped. I asked if the room could have a sea view, but he said you get what you have booked. There is no feel good factor and this hotel is undoubtedly not telling a story, and it is not stylish. The hotel's entrance is a construction area and very unpleasant. This is not a hotel, it's just rooms. The stairs are not nice. My room has a street view and is on the 1 st floor and everyone can look inside. Bad outlook. Poor quality, service, and friendliness are bad for the price we are paying. Can't recommend this place and will never come back. I'm even considering returning for misleading descriptions and communication.

The hotel was perfect for my weekend in Helgoland, and I had a great time there. The location was excellent, being nearby to all the attractions you might want to visit but also being quiet and not directly on a hotspot. My balcony was equipped with a beach chair, allowing me to unwind in style. Although there was a little bit of furniture, the room was quite clean, with spacious and contemporary amenities. Wifi was reliable and quick. When I visited Helgoland again, I would stay here again 100.
