A stupid hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are very beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is very friendly and always trying to help and make your stay more comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast. There are some really nice attractions nearby such as the thermes, swimming pool, bars, restaurants, etc.

We have now visited this cute hotel twice and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we arrive, the security team welcomes us, which is a pair of cuddling Golden Retrievers that resemble pups! The room was beautiful, and the room design is warm and inviting. The biggest hit, however, was the breakfast with the chef showing how fantastic he is at cooking. If you want to lose weight, I wouldn't advise you to stay at this hotel because the food is too delicious not to eat. We also enjoyed the charming pub that is a part of the hotel, and everything is within walking distance. Thank you for another wonderful weekend! Billy Sharon.

The first impression that I got here was that the staff was friendly and helpful, and they provide excellent food. And then the meal was great, and finally we decided to leave.

The owner and her parents provide outstanding service above and beyond anything we would have hoped for. It was so comforting to be greeted by name because they were expecting me after a long solo journey from Australia and spent hours on the train to this charming town. Steph the owner is so amazing with her two kids. She even took me to the next town to try to arrange for a hire car for my journey. In these little towns, communication is extremely difficult in most places, but steph, who is welltravelled and speaks perfect English, is more than happy to explain things or assist in any way she can. If I ever stay in this town again, I would stay at the same hotel.

For friendliness, food, and personal service, Hotel moment in bad Stephen deserves five stars. During our week-end stay, my husband and I were content, happy, connected, enriched, and well-cared for by the voss family's owners stefan, older, and karin, as well as their two golden retrievers, cosmos and hardy. Every morning, when waking up to a wide selection of breakfast treats from the buffet in the charming dining room, stefan will be greatly missed. The evening meals are lavish, varied, and exquisitely prepared with only the freshest ingredients, comparable to 45-star restaurants in the neighborhood. The pubbistro is a pleasant place to meet locals, have afternoon coffee or dessert, play games, or enjoy some wonderful German beer. Most significantly, Stefanieher personalized attention was made by him. She can always be trusted to follow through and even anticipate needs. This was especially important for me because I had 3 surgical procedures on my legs during our stay in a foreign country in which I don't speak. The voss family manages a first-class hotel with heart, humor, and high standards that many visitors visit each year.
