Even as a low-cost pension, this place has poor quality and service. The manager, the hostess, is unfriendly. We arrived at 3 am, well before the check-in period, but our rooms weren't ready yet. The hostess said that we should have called first as if we were waiting for a dentist appointment. The restroom fan operates automatically, but it was a little broken, making noises all night long. I informed the hostess the next day morning. She had her husband in to check it out. She then said we could have just closed the bathroom door. This door is sliding, not closing like a swinging door, and is just there to keep us private. She dealt with our complaints in this way. It claimed to have a refrigerator in each room, but the only small shared fridge was full of minibar bottles. So stay away from this location.

Our accommodation was clean and very small with a balcony overlooking the backyard. Breakfast is basic, but the owner was very kind and asked us to make a sandwich for the lunch. A nice place to stay all around.

The room is spacious, clean, light, and modern, with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is compact but functional and adequate. The breakfast was good. The best part of the hotel is the hostess, who speaks good English and is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel. After walking the first leg of the westen, my wife and I were staying here.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable place rather than a four-star accommodation. The front rooms facing the street are more spacious, but also noisier in the morning. Heidi welcomes guests very warmly and very personally. She goes above and above to make guests feel comfortable and make the most of their stay. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean, but not fancy. Very comfortable madrassa I slept like a baby. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are several good ones nearby. There is free wifi access in the rooms. There is no smoking in the rooms. Breakfast is fresh and varied. This is an ideal location for those who hike the Westen Westward long distance trail as it is right on the route. Mars. Heidi also speaks both English and French, which is helpful if you are not fluent in German.
