Our trip today took us to the new hotel and restaurant, which is part of the old castle. The building was restored to the highest degree of splendor, and the original walls were preserved. The room is stunningly decorated with exquisite taste, contemporary, and basic, with a hint of ancient. The hotel manager my. been taken the time to show us the hotel, the surroundings, and recommend his wonderful restaurant. We had lunch, and while I am Italian, it is extremely difficult to please me with pasta, louis with green asparagus and cherry tomatoes were incredibly done! My spouse had lamb ragu as well, which was excellent in every way. Gourmet plates are decorated. Every restaurant's menu was excellent, and my kids were exceedingly satisfied with it. It is less of a long menu, but more of a well-choiced. The dessert cakes are absolutely delectable! We had a young man who was pleasant and helpful in assisting us. I finally had the greatest cappuccino I've ever had in Germany. I can only recommend this establishment and praise their effort to please the guests, and my waiter was very child-friendly. Great place to spend the day or the weekend, and this is wonderful!.
