The best hotel in Gütersloh, ive stayed here a few times a year since 2023. The staff are friendly, hotel is clean and spacious, lots of good tv channels, and rooms have a nice view.

Es war alles okay, besonders auch, dass ich bei meiner sehr späten Ankunft um 21Uhr(verursacht durch das Schneechaos) noch an der Rezeption meinen Schlüssel bekam, danke dafür und für das super Frühstück am Morgen.

Das Hotel hat einen leichten 70er-Jahre Charme, ist aber sehr sauber. Die Hotelangestellten sind alle samt freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist optimal, alles fussläufig zu erreichen und direkte shopping Möglichkeiten. Das angebotene/zubuchbare Frühstücksbüffet hat mich umgehauen, weil es „echtes“ Rührei gab, nicht das Zeug aus dem TetraPak und die kleinen Bratwürste haben besonders gut geschmeckt, schien ebenfalls kein Standart aus dem Discounter gewesen zu sein! Jederzeit wieder!

I was the first to visit Gutersloh again in 1982, combining work and pleasure during our stay. The hotel is located in a central location, quiet, and easily accessible and a few steps from the railway station. We arrived early to check in and our room was ready and received a very helpful, informative and friendly welcome. Our room was pleasant with most amenities. It was December and I forgot how cold it would be now during winter and outside the hotel it was hot! The central heating in the room ensured that our room was very comfortable and warm which can be difficult at other hotels in europe. We requested a disabled room but this was not offered. However, the rooms were adequate. There was a comfortable bed and generally clean and tidy in our room, however we found a pair of used ladies stockings in it! Not ours, though. On arrival, you will receive two bottles of sparkling mineral water but it isn't replenished. We needed still mineral water but it never arrived, a number of shops nearby sell mineral water at a reasonable price. A chocolate for every guest on the bed is also a nice touch. I would without a doubt come back to the hotel again.

Although the rooms are spacious and clean, they are in an excellent central position for the city center. The staff is very kind in arranging a later checkout. They also serve sweets on the pillows.

This hotel is located in a nice area. There is underground parking for bikes and cars. I was disappointed with the lack of air conditioning and wifi in my room. Since the room was very hot, it made lots of noise. It offers good value for the money and includes a tasty breakfast.

The personnel was very helpful, especially the young girl who had glasses. The hotel is well situated for this hotel. However, they do not provide coffee or tea.

Staff were very friendly. Location was very good as we visited the Christmas Market which is a short walk away. Hotel underground parking for about 6 cars at 15 Euros a day. Other underground parking close by which was very busy due to the Market but 13 Euros a day. Breakfast excellent but not free/included in price (15 Euros per person, per day). Rooms are OK and large. Furniture a little dated but OK. I know we are in Germany but TV channel choice could be better?
