Hotel avaliable only by wals, car has to stay onthe other side of the river and it is necesary to use ferry.

The location is unrivaled, and the pool was excellent as well. It would have been beneficial to learn that parking is on the other side of the river before arriving. Additionally, it would have been pleasant to have been informed that the hotel had a parking spot. Unfortunately, a young girl checked us in without even basic English instruction, which is unacceptable in a four-star hotel. We later found out that the rest of the personnel could converse with us in English without a hitch. The accommodations are pleasant, but they are in a rather old-fashioned design. Breakfast was adequate. We remained in a room with a balcony, which is not to be missed with the view. Wonderful hotel, but at a far greater price, I expected a little more. The setting is large and you are paying a lot for it.

When searching for day trips from Berlin, we stumbled upon a hotel on Google. The hotel was amazing, we picked it at random. It is located near the river and offers stunning views, incredibly friendly staff, fantastic cuisine, and comfortable accommodations. It is in a car-free zone, so it makes us feel calm toward the end of our vacation.

I arrived by car for a two-night trip with breakfast. There is no parking nearby the hotel, although there is a small public parking lot on the outskirts of the village and a much larger parking lot on the opposite side of the river. If the latter is chosen, you will need to take your luggage and cross the river using the pedestrian ferry, which crosses every few minutes and costs 1 euro each way per person. To assist you in parking costs, the hotel proprietor will issue a ticket. We were welcomed by a very warm, friendly English-speaking woman who was very helpful and assisted us with parking. We strongly advise choosing a larger parking lot and crossing the river because parking in the other parking lot is very limited and you might have your car damaged. There are no tea and coffee makers or air conditioning in the room, except on foreign channels and a cozy bed. The bathroom was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Due to confusion over the parking issue on the night of our arrival, we were running short on time for dinner, but we were able to sit down in good time before the end of the service. The waitress was poor service and did not speak very good English. There was no great selection of food on the menu, and the waiter service couldn't take our order drinks. Breakfast was a standard continental style buffet, fresh and plentiful, served in a lovely dining room. The

This hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean, the pool is nice and the saunas are nice. On each floor there is a lot of information for the guest, but in German it is only in the restaurant menu. The air conditioning at a 4 star hotel must be cool during the hot summer, but it won't be that here. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very good and had a wide variety of meals and drinks. I really enjoyed staying here!
