Very nice property, excellent location in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, breakfast is tasty too, rooms are nicely designed, but a bottle of water would be nice in the room, same for a fridge, bathroom is large, sadly no dividing shower door, so water spills nearly all over the floor, otherwise it's nice. Would love to stay again in the future and hope that the Ibis Styles keeps their high standards. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone but two staff members was amazing. The young man that works the morning desk absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. The breakfast staff members were amazing. There is the one lady that worked the after desk that’s horrific. She needs a new career because she is miserable and mad at the world. The young man told us he would get us more train tickets to come back in 5 minutes because we extended our stay. I come back after he went home. We asked her for the tickets. She rudely said step in front of the desk not the side. She said just use your old tickets they will work I don’t see anything. Just an angry tone. Did say good by have a nice day nothing. Just started at us with hate for no reason. But other than her we loved it there we ended up staying two extra nights. The free area train tickets were a huge plus. It’s an easy walk to the train station!

Ottimo albergo moderno, pulito, confortevole. La camera ed il bagno di dimensioni perfette. Il personale gentile quanto basta. La zona ristorante, dove ho mangiato un hamburger squisito, molto accogliente. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, offre un'abbondante scelta.

An amazing stay, beautiful modern hotel with exceptional amenities and very accommodating staff. Right in the middle of town, you step out the door into a beautiful park. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a family room and everything was great for the kids.

Hotel liegt zentral in Bad Reichenhall. Gutes Frühstück morgens und der Pub im Hotel serviert abends sehr leckeres Essen. Haben hier auf der Durchreise schon mehrmals übernachtet und würden es wieder tun.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Der kleine Spa Bereich im Dachgeschoss ist spitze. Einzig allein die Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein (aktuell nur 15:00-22:00 Uhr). Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall!

Mitarbeiter im Check in und Restaurant sehr freundlich. Der Kollege an der Bar hatte einen schlechten Tag ( war auch zu seinen Kollegen nicht so entspannt ) Zimmer schön. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und nicht teuer. Frühstücksbuffett gute Auswahl. Parken in der TG (18€/tag) möglich

Alles war sehr schön das Zimmer Bad und das Hotel ansicht haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt und kommen sehr gerne wieder toll war auch das unser Hund eine Decke und Näpfe bekommen hat vielen Dank
