Hotel ini sangat saya rekomendasikan. JW Marriott adalah hotel favorit saya di Frankfurt am Main. Lokasinya di jantung kota yang meyakinkan sejak pertama kali. Pelayanan hangat dari resepsi hingga keberangkatan juga mengesankan. Tim selalu sopan, ramah dan membantu. Fasilitas hotel sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan hotel dengan klasifikasi ini.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan mendapatkan banyak perhatian dari para tamu. Kami mengadakan acara di sana dan diterima dengan sangat baik. Satu-satunya masalah bagi kami adalah toilet berada di lantai dua dan ruang seminar berada di lantai tiga. Jadi, Anda harus pergi ke lantai yang lebih rendah untuk pergi.

Hotel ini sangat bagus, dengan lokasi yang sangat bagus di tengah kota Frankfurt. Stafnya juga sangat sopan dan ramah. Selain itu, sarapannya sangat enak dan sangat direkomendasikan. Satu-satunya kritik adalah tirai di kamar kami tidak bisa ditutup sepenuhnya dan jam alarm di kamar sangat terang, yang sayangnya membuat kamar relatif terang di malam hari.

The hotel could write a book on how to provide a perfect experience to a guest. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was stunning, as was the city view. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was the best. Fresh squeezed juices, omlette bar, smoked salmon, capers, etc. There was no detail forgotten. The location was great, with a short walk to the main center. Thank you for an unforgettable visit!.

In the center of downtown frankfurt is this hotel a hidden gem. As a jw Marriott, i would expect consistent good service and amenities like a lounge, which this hotel unfortunately lacks right now. Turndown service was only offered occasionally. Like the entrance and lobby, the standard rooms are very small. Having said that, the staff is very friendly and trying hard. The restaurant and breakfast are amazing. In a hotel in germany, i have rarely had such a highquality breakfast. All in all a very good experience.

Untuk menggunakan kolam renang, Anda harus pergi ke gym luar, tetapi tidak ada petunjuknya jadi saya harus bertanya dan menerjemahkannya untuk menemukannya. Yang lebih bermasalah adalah saya diberitahu tentang waktu penggunaan kolam tetapi bertentangan dengan instruksi, gym mengunci pintu jadi saya harus menanyakannya dua hari berturut-turut. We had a great time at this hotel. This is a great place to walk everywhere, and i used to live in frankfurt. The service is excellent, and our room was reportedly brand new and ideal, and there was a sweet welcome present ready for us on the table. Large bathroom with a freestanding tub the entire partition could be opened up wak in the shower and separate toilet. The living room and bedroom areas were separated by the tv stand, which rotated to either side to enjoy it from the bed or the couch. I was really impressed with the room. Coming from the us with exorbitant room rates and no service, this was a pleasant change that just made our stay so much better after not returning to europe for five years. The central controls for all lights and curtains were fun. I would return at any time and have already recommended the hotel to many others. The bar also provided excellent service, and the very young bartender was knowledgeable and could prepare any drink. We were sad to leave because this was the most relaxing stay we had in a long time. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

We will definitely return! Fantastic onenight stay. Excellent recognition for elite benefits, including the panoramic suite with an amazing view. Very quick checkin and checkout. Excellent location with Christmas markets right outside the hotel. If we ever find ourselves in frankfurt again, the electronics could be improved. The two tvs were duplicative, making it impossible to watch tv, and the radio in the washroom was broken. Again, its a minor issue, but having a toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms would be convenient. However, they were provided upon request.

What a stunning hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and more than accommodating to our needs. Check in was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised with our room. Turndown service was also a really nice touch. We had drinks and espresso at the bar after dinner. The bartender was fantastic and my wifes drink was made to perfection. My espresso was so good i ordered another. Highly recommended if you are staying in frankfurter.

I dont know where to begin with this stunning hotel, where everything is so perfect. 1. The reception is amazing (the gentleman named farsik, i think) status recognition was amazing. I am a titanium and have a panoramic suite. Very nice room with a view of the south and west. All toiletries are amazing in the beautifully designed bathroom. The bathtub is separate from the shower, which is great. The bathroom has a separate tv, which is great. 2. The location is perfect. The most fun areas in frankfurter are within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the luxury shopping district. 10 minutes walk to the river. 10 minutes walk to the old town. All the upscale restaurants are within a 10minute walk. If you want to take day trips around frankfurter, this hotel is very convenient. 2 huge shopping malls my zeil and galleria are almost on site. 3. Gym. Perfect fun modern gym with a 20meter lap pool. Gym belongs to a third party gym chain (fitness first, i think. All equipment is new and there are many of them for all kinds of workouts. The pool area has a sauna and steam room. The staff there are friendly. The hotel has a secret entrance to the inside of the gym like many ritz Carltons in the us with the equinox. 4. Breakfast is good. The restaurant is small but has very attentive service. It is not a come eat and go kind of breakfast place like most city hotels. You can enjoy a decent variety of food with many egg dishes made to order. I didnt try those dishes but i had boiled eggs and i never had such delicious boiled eggs. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and has a boutique vibe. A key card is required to use the elevator to access a guest room floor.
