Very nice hotel with 24 hour friendly service. Right in front of the train station! And the breakfast is delicious.

I had a wonderful time here. The room was cozy, the breakfast was excellent, and the sauna facilities were easily accessible. However, i would like to see improvements in the pillows provided.

This place is a clean and quiet place, very close to the main train station. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Staff are very kind and helpful. Particularly the receptionist anita was very helpful, she does her job very well.

The hotel offers excellent service and a panorama view. It was beneficial to stay in this hotel for the winter, but not for summer as i would like to suggest because the hotel room lacks air conditioning, which is ideal for colder months because you can let the cold air into your room while you sleep. Additionally, having 1-2 water bottles available for guests inside the room would greatly enhance the experience. The breakfast provided is also satisfying.

The property is easily accessible. In addition, it also offers breakfast, which is excellent. Its always very noisy and shady at night because the hotel is situated next to mainzs central train station. The staff is friendly, but there was one man at the front desk who was quite unpleasant and unwelcoming.

This hotel is nice, in contrast to many others ive come across. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby, and the hub of public transportation right outside your door. It does what youd expect from a 3star hotel. Breakfast is also good.
