The hotel is in the center of town and has parking on site. We would return because of the good generous, buffet-style continental breakfast and tasty coffee. I arrived late due to a flight delay, but I was delighted that the reception was still open at 21. 10. English is spoken at the desk. a large, clean building and large rooms. The moravian church owns the hotel and has it used for christian retreats and conferences. The beds are firm but comfortable, and the pillows are squashy, like giant marshmallows. Room basic equipment with no hair dryer. There are many digital channels and good wifi in the rooms. There are no drinks in the room, but hot drinks are available from a machine in the lobby for very affordable prices. Also, excellent, cold beer and wine are available in the lobby at very reasonable prices.

As part of a team debriefing at the end of a missions training course with swimming, we stayed here for 5 nights. Herrnhut is a beautiful and relaxing place, and the center is on the edge of the village, with beautiful views. Good rooms and a great communal outdoor space. We were well nourished and well taken care of, and the business space was very flexible and well equipped. Would recommend as a retreat or as a team venue.

I adore visiting this place to unwind from the big cities of Germany. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the personnel is determined to make you feel at ease, and the vistas from the southern side of the house are stunning as you look out onto the mountains of not so distant Poland. It is unquestionably a place to unwind and explore a part of Central Europe that is so important historically and that is rather unspoiled.

The room was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped for use of the kitchenette. The dining table with 4 chairs, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, and electric kettle were all nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Laundry service is offered for 3 euros per wash load and 3 euros per dryer load. The staff were friendly and helpful. In terms of value for money.
