I stayed here because it's close to the airport. However, the reception staff are extremely friendly, the room is large, free WiFi, and has more than one channel. The cleaning staff. The room was not at its best, with dust everywhere. I had the do not disturb sign at the door, but cleaning yelled at 830 am.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and it was perfect. Breakfast was ok, loved the shuttle to the airport. Shuttlebus driver was very helpful.

Die Wahl für das Hotel Leonardo Inn fiel, weil es nahe dem Flughafen Hamburg ist und somit kann der Flughafen bequem bei frühen Morgenflügen zu Fuss und/oder Taxi erreicht werden. Was ich sehr sympathisch fand, dass es ab 4:00 ein kleines Frühstück gegeben hat, eben für Gäste die danach frühzeitig ihr Check In am Flughafen erledigen müssen. Toll

After two years and two months of travel following the pandemic, I returned to Germany. A dear friend had invited me to a birthday party in kill, and that was the chance to visit Germany once more. The event was terrific, but in the end, something went completely wrong. I had an early flight back home from hamburg, so I made the decision to sleep at a hotel in the city, the closest to the airport as soon as possible, and I had chosen Leonardo Inn among the hotels available. The location is excellent. It takes only 10 minutes to stroll to the airport, and it ensures you wont be impacted by public transportation, traffic jams, or costly taxi rides. The staff was courteous. However, I was assigned a room that was one level under the street, and the perspective from the window was of the ground and leaves on it. I decided to treat it as it would only be for one night. However, I saw spiders in the restroom while taking a shower, and when I was already in bed, I discovered a few spider webs nearby. I did not have instructions on how to call the front desk, and I was uneasy to dress up again and go upstairs to reach them because I had an early flight and had to sleep early. After being crushed by tiredness, I slept anyway, telling the front desk what I saw when I checked out. He apologized

The room is full of dust on the bed, tables, lamps, kettle, and carpet that has a foul smell. Despite being close to the airport, it is still clean and the WiFi is free. The check-in staff was really helpful. The floors were so dirty with dirty carpet. I had to carry my stuff upstairs and onto the floor because I was so tired of the smell of the musty musty. You have to check into the room with a pillow or other items, as it is still smelly.

I will recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to travel with their luggage and a lot of money. There is a coffee maker in the lobby, a complimentary bottle of water in the room, tea and coffee making equipment in the room, and a bath with a separate shower and bathtub tube. The hotel also offers more service than I had anticipated. Although the room was clean and comfortable, I don't see an elevator in the hotel. Check for a room on the ground floor before making a reservation as guests with a lot of luggage or limited mobility. Parking is also complimentary.
