Definitely recommend the hotel. Receptionists are very helpful. The hotel is clean, and the parking places are just behind the hotel in the courtyard and one of the places in front of the hotel. Breakfast is quite good.

A family trip to the oberammergauettal region occupied three nights. We had two apartment units margaret 2 in the back block, which overlooks the gorgeous mountain and valley. I could sit there all day enjoying the view while sipping riesling. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the croissants. Nice setting inside. While the outdoor setting is cozy and refreshing. This feels like the perfect idyllic base for exploring the region. The hotel is directly across from the Tacita Abbey, a pilgrimage site for centuries since 1300. We drove to fend for the castles. Then to Innsbruck, where he drove along country roads across the Alpine Range. Although we were there, Oberammergau was particularly crowded as the once-decade passion play was delayed by 2020 due to couid. Oberammergau is only a minute away! So etta is a lovely tranquil location.

The hotel must be a bustling place to stay in the cold winter. I would stay here again if ever in the region. As part of an organized trip, we stopped by this hotel. It is close to Oberammergau, where we went to the Passion Play performance. Klosterhotel Attlewolf der Layer is a large hotel with quiet, wide, dark halls. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a simple but comfortably acceptable manner. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety. Just across the street is the gorgeous Baroque Benedictine monastery that gives the hotel its name.

Beautiful bavarian hotel with an alpine setting and a lovely abbey across the street. Traditional wooden room with a very striking design and generous size. At times, it was a little noisy, but it was not too loud. There were many large groups present as we all watched the passion play. The dining area was well-organized and they did an excellent job of securing our needs. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Get a specific time for the shuttle bus if you go to the play. It only left at 12 o'clock. The play didn't begin until 13 o'clock, so we were under the impression that there were others to follow. We had to take a cab because we missed the shuttle and had to take a cab. I believe they are more familiar with large groups who know the bus schedule.

We feel quite happy to be back here soon! Every year, we stay at our favorite etta hotel. Couid 19 shattered the previous year's journey, making returning home a bit of paradise! It's like going home! It was wonderful to see all the familiar faces, including the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff, Melanie, and the dining room staff, as if returning to family! Thank you so much, jens, for having our favorite room that overlooks the greater area, and I enjoy listening to the bells chiming. There are also rooms that overlook the beautiful countryside. The room is always spotless, fresh, and has something for everyone. You will leave hungry here! Their scrambled and fried eggs are a hit with us! Everything else is fantastic, too. Everyone at this hotel and the dining staff are so friendly and accommodating. Oberammergau and Oberammergau are within a 30 to 40 minute drive of the hotel. This area of Bavaria is one of our favorite place on earth, and we did 6 nights this time, and maybe for the next year we could stay longer. We did not want to leave because it was so relaxing and relaxing in a tranquil environment in Bavarian. You won't be disappointed if you visit here.
