Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f

Location was probably the best thing about this hotel as well as the staff. Location is only a 10 minute walk to Marienplatz - main square & close to public transportation & eateries. I need to give a shout out to Nabil Jabre who went above and beyond to help me secure a prescription from a pharmacy here he even went and picked it up for me so I would have it that evening. Also, another reception person was Arthur, who was extremely helping us in booking train tickets and answering many general questions. Staff is wonderful. They offer a breakfast although we were out every morning early and did not partake. But they were kind enough to always give us milk for our coffee in our room as well as water instead of having to buy nine euro bottles of water. They do have laundry facilities on site with one washer and dryer, but it does cost €10 per load. They have a lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy coffee or a drink outback. The room we Book also had a wonderful little kitchen set up with refrigerator, sink, and even a little stove top and a small dining table. Very comfortable when staying more than one night. One downside was perhaps the construction going on all around our building. The other downside was the air-conditioning in our room was not working for the first two days, but they did give us a fan. Fortunately, the weather got a little cooler after the second day so we were in good shape.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff was very friendly. At the time of my visit there was a lot of construction around the area. Didn’t affect my sleep but it did take away from the experience a bit. Just unfortunate is all.

Our stay at Maximilian was excellent. The space was extremely comfortable and had everything we could possibly need, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The staff truly made the experience even better. They consistently went out of their way to be helpful and made sure we were happy with every part of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful staff! Huge thanks to Arthur, Linda and Simeone who all made this stay incredible! They were all so kind and helpful for any and all requests!! Arthur made our arrival excellent and Linda was so kind and helpful. It’s so refreshing to have such a nice staff you can count on! They were so kind to help! The location is amazing. We stayed in a garden suite with a balcony. Had a small kitchen, which was nice to have breakfast and coffee since I was traveling for three weeks. A Nespresso machine and pods are included in the room. Steps away from Hofbrau Haus and a quick walk to Marienplatz. Every thing was very easy to walk to in that area. Plenty of places to eat and drink. A local grocery store if you want to pick up items for the room or snacks. If you are taking tours, select ones that start and end in Marienplatz, it’s just a quick walk! Super convenient. I highly recommend this property! Clean, clean, clean! Spotless! The beds were very comfortable as well. Housekeeping was excellent! We used the gym. Had the basics and everything was pretty new. Nice tvs and some free weights for a morning workout.

Wonderful experience!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. So many amenities! Helpful and attentive staff. Housekeeping daily. Underground parking available for fair a price. Close to lots of shopping, dining, and Marienplatz for Christkindlmarkt! Hope to go back someday and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. Our suite was well appointed. The location between Isartor and Marienplatz was so close to everything. It was perfect for visits to Munich's many Christmas Markets. Even when busy staff go out of their way to help. Linda and Baset in particular were wonderfully engaging. The courtyard garden and in house cafe all enhanced the experience.

My husband and I traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed at the Maximilian Munich Apartment and Hotel. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of the Old Town, Marienplatz, the Neues Rathaus, and plenty of great restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the metro. We had a one-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely perfect. The space included a small kitchen (we didn’t cook, but it was great having a fridge and cupboards), a cozy living room, and a dining area. Everything was compact yet thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the quiet balcony facing the courtyard — a peaceful retreat after a busy day at Oktoberfest! The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and full of great restaurant and transportation tips. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though a bit pricey at €30 per person. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV in the bedroom was a nice touch for relaxing at the end of the day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!
