Kamar hotelnya sangat bagus, stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya sangat bagus dan bersih. Ini adalah alamat pertama kami ketika kami mengunjungi Cologne.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms were warm and spotless. Most of the staff members were friendly and inviting. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety. A nice location for an evening drink as well. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the dome, but especially with the nearby christmas markets, its pleasantly pleasant. I would most certainly return to stay here.

This is my first time staying at a hotel. I booked stayed here for 1 night during the gamescom competition. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and overall the room looked really good! Love the opacity of the color. Its really quiet in the rooms. Staff are also very friendly. Would definitely come back.

I had a great time staying one night at this hotel with my friends. It has some lovely decor and design. The rooms are contemporary and up to date. Comfortable bedding. A little disappointed with the breakfast buffet selection and seating area (15,90 euros per person). Wouldnt recommend it. There is supper in the lounge area!.

The location was ideal! It was a pleasant experience all around. My relatives and i stayed here while attending colognes wedding. We had remained here for about 20 people in total, and we all had an enjoyable time. The accommodations were both roomy and immaculate. Justin provided excellent service at the bar because it was extremely busy our drinks took fewer than usual, but we received excellent treatment and informed promptly. He was really polite and competent. Regarding the checkin desk personnel, they were tad more rude and unhelpful, however, we managed.

Breakfast is decent but mediocre in terms of options. I stayed during an exhibition period in cologne, where the prices were increased compared to other periods when it was typically expensive. It was simple to walk from the city center.
