I booked for my friend's birthday. Although a little out of town, it's still close to good train and tram services. I stayed here with a cool floor. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well furnished. The view is amazing and I suggest this place as a place to stay.

The hotel is close to the metro station, so it is easy to walk to there. The room is big enough. And, of course, the furniture is brand new. I personally got a room with a nice view from the picture, and it wasn't a bad experience.

Motel one Munich campus is, in essence, a larger version of every motel one out there, which is incredibly reasonably priced but somewhat lacking in amenities. It functions, the bed is comfy, the apartment is spotless, and everything functions flawlessly. In fact, it mostly worked because my laptop halted connecting to the hotels wifi, which I am not sure why because I have no issue with this in other hotels. My phones remained connected to the wifi with no issues, despite my laptop refusing to connect to the hotel's wifi without an issue. There would be lines waiting for services, so it is also quite clear that there is no staff downstairs. It is also rather barren in the region, but at least it is secure and not far from a barn station. Speaking of the area, the back of the hotel has a lovely garden with chairs a very chill spot that I liked a lot. It is precisely this garden that raises the rating from 3 to 4 out of 3.

I had never previously visited the motel one franchise before and have been a satisfied customer. I stayed there for two weeks. Although the room was small, it was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. In the hottest days of summer, the air conditioning helped to cool the heatwave. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was my favorite part! Lots of fresh bread, jams, baked goods, cheese, and cold cuts, and so on. Every day, the coffee was to my taste strong and fresh. Modern, eye-catching decor. I also liked the location, which was close to the subway and tram stops. I would recommend motel one for a stay option in Munich. I'll go looking elsewhere!.

The good points are the small rooms that have no luggage space, the comfortable atmosphere, and the clean rooms, and the great housekeeping and English skills of the receptionist man, the safe breakfast and the convenient location.
