It was such a relief to take a shower and sink into bed here between long flights. We barely cleared customs due to a flight delay (they close at 10) but we made it just in time and were super glad we did. The front desk folks were super friendly and helpful, the complimentary tea and coffee was lovely, and the bed was ridiculously comfy. Well worth it for a place to sleep/shower if you've ever got an overnight layover in Frankfurt!

This was just the best way to get some much needed rest and a shower after a long flight and during a long layover. I appreciated the simplicity, quiet and cleanliness of the hotel and room. It’s a bit of a hike from the mail airport area, but exactly what a weary traveler needs.

The staff were incredibly kind, the view was very nice, it would have been nice to get slippers for the shower. They gave me toothpaste. I could rest very well!

Once I got to the property it was fabulous. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Getting there was another story. Frankfurt airport is very large and confusing. I knew I had to get to concourse Z, but it was closed from the main route. Therefore, I went round and round. I had to collect my bag at baggage claim and was not able to check into my next flight until the next morning. I had no boarding pass. I went through security twice and finally was let through, On the verge of breaking down. This was 9pm. I don’t know if I would do this again at Frankfurt especially later in the evening.
