Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and practical. The beds were comfortable. A hairdryer was offered and on request a kettle provided. Although free water was provided some tea/coffee would have been appreciated. The free shuttle was a plus even though it required a bit of a walk. Overall and excellent choice for uncomplicated travel.

I needed to book a one night stay while transiting through Frankfurt Airport. The hotel has a very convenient shuttle. The hotel room is simple but very clean and comfortable. There is a nice supermarket within walking distance. I did not use the restaurant.

The shuttle from/to the airport to/from the hotel leaves every 15 minutes. The pickup point at the airport is a bit hard to find - it's right at the medical center (to the left as you exit T1) and to me, it was counter intuitive. From the hotel to the pickup point at the parking garage is a short walk (about 200 m sounds right to me). There is plenty of space for luggage in the back of the buses and the buses are well-marked "Platzhirsch". The hotel seems to be new and everything was in excellent condition. There is a restaurant at the hotel with a balcony for outside dining, but there are also other options for dining. I didn't get the breakfast but it looked good from what I saw and many of the other guests took advantage of the offer (17 Euro pp). The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the hotel is quite close to the airport, the noise level was okay and even negligible during the night.

Exceeded every expectation! The room was spacious and comfortable, great water pressure, and excellent air conditioning. The restaurant was convenient and pleasant. The airport shuttle was easy to access and reliable.

The best option if you fly from FF airport in the morning.(Because we can't trust DB anymore) Really nice staff, clean room, free shuttle(!!!), nice forest view, quiet. What would you want more?

The stay was excellent. Great location in proximity to the airport, very nice minimalist but elegant rooms, amazing decor, very clean-smelling, and the greenery surrounding the backside of the restaurant area (with outside eating option) was nice. The shuttle service provided every 15 minutes to the airport was nice and the hotel is within walking distance to an Edeka (big plus)! There's a 15 Euro fee to park and for breakfast. The restaurant has a simple menu (check the website) with reasonable prices; the salmon I had was delicious and moist not overcooked/dry! Everything is paid with a credit card, so don't expect to get rid of any excess Euros that you don't need during your stay if you're departing the country.🙂 The staff was great! If you're old school and wear clothes that need ironing, an iron/ironing board are available upon request. Overall, excellent accommodations for the price. You won't regret your choice.

What a beautiful hotel! Perfect and splendid come to mind. The staff was lovely, the rooms were efficient yet attractive. Very comfortable. I would have liked to spend more than one night! I didn’t have time to enjoy the restaurant but I am sure it was exceptional as well.

Our stay at the hotel was great. It's very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient. The only drawback during our stay was that the internet/wi-fi signal in our room was extremely weak (room 211), like barely no signal. We complained at the reception during the checkout the next day and they promised to send a technician to check. Also, it's not very easy to find where the shuttle stops - easiest way is to follow the P29 - Airport Clinical signs when you exit from Terminal 1 - A0 exit. Strongly recommend the hotel even you stay longer than a day and want to enjoy Frankfurt or want to go for day trips.

Great hotel to stay a night before flying out. Clean, new, friendly stuff, great value for money. Free shuttle from Airport, just 6 minutes travel time from airport. Absolutely recommend it.

Perfekt overnatting for å fly videre. Grønne omgivelser rett ved flyplassen. Har en enkel restaurant med grei mat. Kort avstand til egen shuttle som er gratis og går hver 15 minutt.
