This place is excellent for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. It is conveniently located near the u-Bahn stop at Wittenbergplatz and a 10minute stroll from the Zoologischer Garten station. There are excellent stores and bars in the area. With shabby beds and everything you could possibly need, the accommodation was sized well.4,6/528 Apr 2024

We loved safestay! We ended up staying an extra night. It is close to everything you want to see in Berlin, the train, and several excellent restaurants, including restaurant elevator. The rooms are large, with very comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. If you plan to do laundry, they have service where they do it for you.4,6/517 Apr 2024

A cozy, unusual property that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed during a recordsetting heat wave, and there was no air conditioning. Every room had fans, which housekeeping provided, while the doublepaned windows were open completely, allowing for adequate airflow. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, tomato and cucumber slices, various meats and cheeses, as well as various types of bread and rolls. While the bathroom was comfortable, it was fully functional. Everything was immaculate. I was delighted that there were three chairs in the room because we remained in i slept in one with four people. It must have been at least 3 meters high. There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. KaDewe is less than 200 meters from the hotel. Traveling anywhere is simple thanks to the proximity of an u-bahn station. Everyone speaks excellent german and an english that is better than mine, along with dozens of other european languages.4,6/516 Mar 2024

This place is highly recommended to book directly if you want to make a reservation. Its incredibly convenient for bringing amiable family of five. The family room has an apartmentlike feel, but no kitchen. Breakfast is adequate, however, there is i 5 minutes to find ota cafe with dozens of options. Perfect location. A budget hotel in Schoneberg. An old house mansion was converted into a 4 star hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. Cleaning services are done daily. Very quiet and noisefree. Breakfast is ok, maybe tad expensive. Nice place for the gay community as it is in the Gay area.4,6/513 Apr 2023

We heartily endorse this charming hotel. Wonderful little hotel with elegant features all around. Excellent breakfast in a lovely eating area. Clean and cozy. Great location. The safestay was a great place to stay. Although quite tiny, the rooms were immaculate. The restroom was also spotless, although it lacked some essential amenities like stains and brushes. Staying here is the main advantage because it is so close to public transportation, with the metro only 300 meters away and the bus only 50 meters distant. With dozens of breads, cakes, juices and hot items like scrambled eggs, breakfast at the hotel was excellent as well. Additionally, all the staff members were friendly and helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful, coffee and tea at the reception for no additional cost. Central location with easy access to the metro, cafes and restaurants. Excellent value for money. The lift wasnt working, making it difficult to go upstairs to reach the fourth floor. Having a twin bed was uncomfortable, as were the mattresses size and thickness and the pillows. On the weekend, the noise on the floor and outside was quite upsetting. Although the hotel is under renovation and there is construction work that causes noise and dust, we were fortunate to spend most of our time outside the motel.4,2/514 Jul 2024

This hotel was found last minute on application not far from the center of the city of berlin. Extremely good value for money and we booked a room for 3 people. Its in incredibly good location with lots of restaurants and things to do and see nearby. Our room was large, wellmaintained and pleasant to look at. The staff member on duty (not sure his name) was very friendly and helpful. There is tasty lift here but even so this is an amazing hotel and if we return to germany, we will definitely stay here again.4,2/523 Sep 2023

We spent a full week there last week. It was largely ok overall, but there are fewer things to note. We stayed in the 3person room and paid about 800 euros for the entire trip. Elevator is only available midstairs and isnt directly connected to the lobby and unfortunately doesnt reach the 5th floor. Breakfast was an additional 10 euros per night, although we were pretty sure our reservation was made breakfast included. A note for management, please write these notes more effectively on your website, as we found them to be very crucial during our stay. The view was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and mostly kept tidy when asked. One final thing, if you need to keep your bags after checkout, it is not necessary for you to ask idr over 500 eur for an extra 3 eur. After spending ten weeks with you, its really not worth bothering your customer for such monetary amount. For those who like rusty and traditional decor, we recommend it. However, modern and hightech guests should consider this hotel.4,2/531 Mar 2023
