We stayed in the new section twice between September and October. The new buildings are excellent, though the signage may make moving around difficult. Issues include the room's serious problem because if the curtains are open, people on the street can see into the bathroom. The mirror and open slats offer no privacy, while the slats in other new rooms offer no privacy into the bathroom. The biggest issue was the constant failure of the fi door keys. There is a real risk of being locked out at night because the hotel is not manned at all hours. The failure rate we had was over 50 the shower needs a shelf or rack to hold personal belongings the bed reading lights should be on either side of the bed, not both on at the same time and the timer should be removed. There is currently a turn off timer for some strange reason aside from the above, the facilities are excellent, and the spa area is good although it was rather cold and wet during our stay, we did understand there is no air conditioning in place. Given the amount spent on these new buildings, you would have thought this would have been included. Please be aware that the hotel ratings below are not true because we cannot chance the already entered rating. All three

The historic hotel in the heart of Bad Neustadt. Although the structure is quite old, it has a certain charm, however, the rooms weren't particularly cozy. Furthermore, it was quite noisy, which is what one would expect from such an ancient structure. The receptionists were really friendly and accommodating, and the patio outside is pleasant. They were in traditional clothing, which I liked. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was a little disappointing. Parking is accessible next to the hotel. Overall, the trip went smoothly, but I wouldn't be tempted to return.

Four years ago I stayed in this hotel, nothing changed, the rooms are clean and tidy, the housekeeping is good, the bedclothes and towels change frequently. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, coffee is nice and yes I will stay here again.

The hotel was recently refurbished in early 2019. The renovated hotel offers beautiful, contemporary, and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and equally delicious dinner. This feeling is like a boutique hotel on the country side.
