The rooms are small but clean and quiet. The house looks really good. The staff are nice, it's a bit hard to find them, but the location is near the forgotten porcelain factory with a shop and museum, and the old city center is within walking distance. Breakfast is good, typical German. Free parking.

We stayed in this lovely spacious apartment, which is an annexe to the hotel and is a vintage apartment block. It comfortably accommodated the four of us and could have accommodated another person. Breakfast was served in the hotel, and it was a very good value for money, especially given the location. The only issue I had was that traffic was quite noisy in the morning in one of the rooms.

In the end, we didn't choose this place. The area was so beautiful, so we ended up leaving the hotel and moving down a flight of stairs to a private pension next to it. More expensive. Yes. But worth it. I just saw the pictures here, but in actuality, it was so sad and not properly kept, it was probably 10 years old. The restaurant appears to have a white tablecloth on the photo, but in reality, they are dim brown tables with nothing on them. We didn't find any receptionist or staff at all at first, after waiting a long time in an empty restaurant at 7 o'clock, I found a kind woman in a room that was littered with smoke. She had to prepare food, serve beer to guests, and assist us at the same time. The key to our apartment arrived. But not suited for a house looking like a skitter, or any guest house in a similar charming style. No, we had to walk 200 meters down an alley with greyish 3 story apartment buildings on a dark street in eastern Europe. There is trash everywhere. The apartment is huge and affordable, but not as much of a double bed as envisioned. We only saw this one of the two rooms we had reserved, as none of us wanted to sleep on a single bed. Our family still loves it! Only select this
