To begin, the area where the hotel is located is simply fantastic! It is fairly remote, surrounded by forests and next to a lake. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is varied, including both hot and cold options oh, and the homemade jam is delicious. But I would not recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner. Very limited options and the food was just oafish. Better choose another restaurant in the area.

The good things are they provide a coffee maker in the room which is nice. After that, there are so many bugs. Subsequently, they also tell us if there are any amenities but no information about the location. Then, there's the restaurant service as not friendly, like the breakfast was very bad. Besides that, they do not give any information about the location. After that, the price is not worth the value of it at all. Besides that, the location is not so strategic.

We were in Germany for the German rally and wanted a hotel away from the crowd, which this was. Our beautiful suite has a beautiful view of the lake. The downside was no elevator to the suites, which makes it impossible for wheelchair users or those who can't walk up stairs. We can climb stairs, but we used to fear it after a hard day! Yet.. We were aware of our existence by the time we got to our accommodation. Just didn't know how long it would take! Staff members struggled to communicate in English, but we found ourselves and tend to find less touristy locations anyway. Two restaurants are within walking distance and many more are just a short drive away. Clean, quiet with a traditional German breakfast in a wonderful breakfast area that also served as a restaurant in the evening, but we didn't try it.
