We remained at the hotel because we were on a journey through Europe. The hotel itself is ideally placed close to a small grassy beach along the river. The water was nice and cool, but it was too late to swim, and mosquitoes were biting. Although the boat rental business was about to shut down, I am happy to have it used tomorrow. It was enjoyable to stay below. The hotel staff was hospitable and exceptionally accommodating.

The location was good and close to the regatta centre. They provide nice beds and clean rooms. Nice service. We got a delicious breakfast here. And they also rent bicycles to get around in a short safe ride. After that, the location is in Brandenburg and Derhave and close to the regatta centre.

For a hotel in a national park not very far from Berlin, I expect more. The hotel requires some kind of care. The staff was fantastic. Our bikes were housed in the garage af back. Breakfast was adequate. There are a few places to eat dinner. Our trip was in early spring and it was warm outside. You are steps from stunning beaches, but those would only be good in July and August. There are no small grocery stores close to pick up those extras, so be ready.
