The guest are required to paid extra a 5% guest tax/bed tax from April 1st, 2023 (children up to 18 are exempt)
a taxless membership fee for our non-profit greenenergy society has to be paid (3€ per person per night)
Check-in is available from 16:00 to 19:00.
Guests are asked to be quiet after 22:00 each night. Otherwise there is a penalty.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Luggage storage is only possible during reception opening hours, or when before 16:00 o'clock: there is the possibility to use a public storage for luggage, outside of the hotel.
Please note that it is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking will result in a penalty.
Please note that rooms are cleaned on request only.
The property offers breakfast a'la card for self-payers at the Schäfer bakery from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Groups/trade fair times upon reservation in the house 8-10 a.m.)
The property offers charging e-cars without parking fees, in packages of EUR 10 for 20 kWh.
The property offers electronically monitored and locked hotel parking lot at an extra charge of EUR 8 per night.
The property offers extra pillow, laundry service, parking extension upon departure for an extra charge of EUR 8 each.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of EUR 150 upon check-in.
The property requires that if you have booked for a third party, request our power of attorney - they can only let your guests in after you have signed it and returned it with a valid credit card and ID
