Excellent breakfast with friendly personnel. I was not purged at night by bedbugs. Will not return. Hotel advised of the matter. Given the amount of bites and some insects discovered, this did not happen overnight and had to be spotted by the cleaning staff.

My husband, as well as my two children, stayed at this hotel for three nights. It's not exactly what Id define a luxury spot and doesn't pretend to be it. It is located in a notsonice region just outside of the lovely little town of kenzingen, and although it is unquestionably within walking distance, it's not very practical to move around without a car. I said unconventional because before being a hotel, it was a sports center with a massive gym, tennis courts, an indoor pool, and many more! Breakfast is actually ok, especially considering that it was included in the price we paid 510 euros for three nights. We ate there for dinner the first night because we arrived on the latest to fill the stomach, but not more. I believe the rooms are all the same size and provide comfortable 4 beds and a big bathroom, the room itself being large, it was clean, as far as I could tell, and it must have been recently renovated because it was pretty modern. The parking area is spacious and included. What else? It focuses on expectations, I believe. If you're looking for a comfortable, fully furnished, spotless, and practical location to use as a base for your daytime excursion around the area, this is the place to do it. Goede ontvangst bij de receptie. Goed ontbijt. Elke dag schone handdoeken. In het hotel mogelijkheden om te zwemmen, voetballen,tennissen en naar de sauna te gaan.

Séjour plutôt bien! Dommage qu'il n'y ai personne qui parle un mot de français... la plus grosse déception est que le bar, le restaurant, le billard ferme relativement tôt (22h au plus tard)... pour une nuit pourquoi pas, mais si nous avions passer plus de temps, ceci aurait été un gros point négatif !!! Propreté et personnel très agréable, literie magnifique !

Avec mon fils nous avons fait un petit vélo trip de 50 km pour aller à l’Europapark le jour suivant. J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine et pour sa proximité avec le parc(8 km), et pour son prix (une centaine d’€, de moins en moyenne qu’un hôtel à Rust, et 200€ de moins qu’un hébergement du parc).chambre super mais pas de clim, juste un ventilateur.Petit déjeuner top , buffet avec tout ça qu’il faut, compris dans le prix de la chambre.Possibilité de faire du tennis , squash etc inclus. Piscine avec des horaires à respecter et à utiliser en dehors des cours d’aquagym , mais il y a possibilité à ce moment d’aller au spa sauna à l’étage au dessus. N’y aller pas avant 16h pour avoir la chambre! Il n’y a personne à la réception avant. Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin , la terrasse du restaurant et super agréable. On nous a encore servi au restaurant malgré notre arrivée tardive 21h. Bref un très bon rapport qualité prix à côté de l’Europapark

The sports hotel is essentially that - a hotel linked to a large sports center. There are 5 tennis courts 3 badminton courts, squash courts, a 15-meter pool, and a sauna area. The hotel will suit people traveling by rental car, which are difficult to locate on foot or on public transportation. The decor is simple but don't let that fool you. The hotel is kept immaculate, rooms are cleaned every day, new towels and sheets are supplied. Staying at the hotel gives you free access to the modern gym and pool and sauna area. But be warned, it's German and they prefer to sauna because they show God has given you, man or woman. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included during our stay and I would suggest adding the same to your stay. All foods and juices are fresh with a good selection of cereals, fruit, Danish, eggs, and bacon. You had your table reserved with your family name on it, which made it very familiar. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from Europa Park and 5 minutes from the main city. For some reason, I feel the hotel undersells itself, it has a 3-star feel, but it is easily knocking on the door of a 4-star hotel. This is due to its superb staff. Rooms are set up to accommodate 4 single beds, they do not have air conditioning,

Pas de frigo ( mini bar) dans les chambres. Pas de climatisation dans la totalité de l'hôtel, y compris dans les chambres!!! Attention a l'accès à la piscine, pas dispo tout le temps. Il faut regarder les horaires. Pt déjeuner à revoir. Restaurant de l'hôtel, immangeable et trop cher! Le wifi laisse à désirer. Personne à la réception lors du check out. Je n'y retournerais pas, c'est sûr.....
