Our reservations already made us come back. Designed and managed by a family of architects, this hotel is a comfortable and stylish stay. Accessibility issues are thoughtfully considered in the design, making this place more accommodating for people with limited mobility. The location is ideal. Situated at the end of a pedestrian street, full of shops, cafes and restaurants, and only steps from the Caracalla thermal baths. This is the ideal lodging if visiting the baths is part of your travel plan. You can either enter the courtyard or utilize the underground passage from the hotel. Simply wrap yourself in the luxury robe provided by the hotel, and do not forget to grab a spa towel in a fresh linen bag when leaving. Spa vouchers can be purchased in person as well. Breakfast features local trout, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh avocado and delicious roasted vegetables. The eggs cooked to order were cooked perfectly every time. Every morning, the breakfast table was meticulously set up. The room has a terrace with a spectacular panoramic view of Badenbaden. As a matter of fact, the entire staff works seamlessly to ensure that your needs are met, our diligent housekeeper, who swapped bathrobes to the appropriate size before you even ask, intelligent and very attentive ladies at the front desk, helping and guiding us from the moment we walked in. Our stay was perfect in every way, good location, sparkling clean room with great attention to detail, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a nice view from the terrace. Highly recommended.

We've stayed here many times before. On this trip, we realized that this is possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere on the planet, including at all-star levels. The staff is extremely considerate and accommodating. To ensure that your visit is first-rate, they are always one step ahead of you. Breakfast is tasty. A variety of pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and other hot meals prepared for you. The rooms are spacious, with a huge bathroom with a bath, a safe, a complimentary minibar, lounges, and a lot of storage space. We were in full to visit the Caracalla spa. The great thing about this hotel is that you can walk to the spa via the underground car park, so you don't have to go outside in the cold. A first class hotel, offering a first-rate experience. Highly advised.

In August 2021, my husband and I stayed in a junior suite on the first floor that faces the street. The room is enormous, tastefully furnished, completely dark at night with blinds, and perfect! The passing cars can hear us, but it didn't bother us as a light sleeper. When the schools are open because there is a school across the street, it might be a problem. The hospitality is fantastic, from early checks to late check-out, but we paid extra, to assisting us when we got stuck in the rain to the best breakfast menu we've ever seen at a hotel in Europe this hotel will remain one of my favorite! Oh, and the location is at the end of the street in Badenbaden. A short stroll from the city center.

This hotel is perfect for my stay in Baden Baden. The location of the hotel is in a nice place, clean and well-located. Near the city center is only a short walk, but next to the Caracalla spheres. There is even a pathway from the hotel into the spa for extra convenience. And they also helped us book spa passes and recommended great places to eat and do in the neighborhood. Towel bags with spa towels were also provided for us to use during our stay there.
