On our journey to Austria, we spent the night here. We reserved a family room for four and were really pleased. The apartment was colossal, a suite with a seating area with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a walk-in wardrobe, and a separate room for children with a balcony with chairs and a table. The decor is rather old and dated, but given that the room was immaculately clean, spacious, and we got a great deal by making a reservation directly through the hotel, we were very pleased. The pool is great, with both indoor and outdoor pools. Although the server was wonderful, we had dinner at the bar, which wasn't particularly excellent.

This is a great hotel. This is the place for you who want to relax and have fun at the pool, and not to forget the barkeeper he is a great guy who knows what you want and when you want it hahaha.

This charming spa hotel is quiet. You are greeted warmly at the front desk. The hotel rooms are large and contemporary, but they are not air-conditioned. You can sleep with the windows open at night. Showers are a curtainless bathtub. The water pressure in the pipes was surprisingly low. The hotel building is large. The distances from the restaurant, pools, or reception are partly quite long. You can occasionally have to wait a little longer because there are only a few elevators. A fantastic breakfast buffet is served every morning at 06.30 a.m. Unfortunately, the pools are open starting at 07.00 a.m. This is not suitable for early risers who want to swim first and then have breakfast in the morning. The basic cost of the overnight accommodations in this lovely hotel is fair, but additional amenities will be charged, including free mineral water in hotel rooms, free parking in the underground parking lot, improved internet connectivity, bathrobe rentals, and much more. English is the second language at this spa hotel, in addition to German. Everything is bilingual, and the nicely designed website. German and some English programs are available in the hotel rooms, which is fine.

The rooms, as well as the bathrooms, are unquestionably outdated and could use an update. While the staff is welcoming, there were a lot of mosquitoes buzzing about the front desk area. Even though it was july and hot, it wasn't particularly pleasant. We had one dinner buffet, which was adequate. The breakfast buffet is superior to the dinner buffet, in my opinion. Prior to our stay, I emailed the hotel to request renovated accommodations, but they responded that because we had reserved through a tour operator, so they were unable to provide those. Three rooms were available. I doubt I'd return.

Stayed 4 nights. It's clear that the hotel could use some modern remodeling, but apart from the stains on the carpet in my room, everything is clean and welcoming. The staff is happy and happy, the swimming pool outside is very nice and the other spa facilities looked good, although I didn't try them. Breakfast buffet was delicious fresh pastries and rolls and great coffee. I once dined there and it was also of high quality. Beer orders took quite a while to come over but we were a large group. The only real issue was the lack of air conditioning because the week has been quite hot.
