This hotel is located in the city center, close to restaurants and ice cream shops. And then, it's very clean. After that, the room's layout was good.

The service and hospitality at the bar were good and helped me and my business partner to make the trip worthwhile. We had a wonderful stay at the Bar Kata Buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the host, who is a bartender and always makes us happy.

The staff at Thomas are amazing. They have thorough knowledge of the town and can recommend the best restaurants. Special thanks to kata buffet, tim, dexter and lisa for their special attention and making me and my team feel right at home with their amazing interpersonal skills. Very appreciated, this is the best hotel in the museum. We stayed at the Thomas Spa Hotel during a short weekend in December 2019. Visiting the museum's Christmas market, it was nice to relax in the lovely spa area after a relative cold walk through the market and downtown. We remained in a room with a balcony and a view of the harbor and channel, which is highly recommended. All breakfast is included, and all requests are handled by the nice staff. Have a fantastic vacation.
