This is a fantastic hotel with a lovely atmosphere provided by the welcoming staff and tasteful decor. Everything was clean and tidy, comfortable beds and the provided breakfast is high quality with top quality coffee. The lobby makes a great co working space. As far as hotel gyms go, it is well appointed with a decent cable machine and relatively heavy dumbbells. Despite this, I personally wouldn't stay at this hotel again. A number of reviews state the location as being great, it is within easy reach (10-15 min walk) of Hauptbahnhof which makes it well connected, however you are otherwise isolated in the newer part of the city. If you want to be immersed in the culture or see the main sites in the historic parts of the city, you'll spend a lot of time travelling back and forth. A recommendation for the hotel, it would be good to include provisions for hot water after breakfast times so that guests can make warm drinks as there are not kettles provided in rooms.

A great hotel with a central location. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful staff – I mean, very! I had severe problems with my computer. In the middle of the night, the receptionist helped me download my presentation for the next day. Without his kind help I would been in great trouble the next morning.

Very nice hotel, close to the main train station. The road is quite busy but the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. One the best hotels I stayed at!

The room was quiet, clean, the bed confortable with a selection of pillows where I found one just suitable for my self: slept really well throughout the visit. The drapes kept the natural light out, but the dimmish automatic light beneath the bed was just enough for an old man like me to wander into the bathroom on the middle of the night :D

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, good size, clean room, shower was powerful, as was the hairdryer. Very close to Hauptbanhof station. Only downside was it was slightly out of the way and a bit of a walk to get to the busy restaurants and bars.

Ett fantastisk hotell, nästan nytt (invigt 2022), liksom hela stadsdelen. Reste med min sambo. Vi gick till hotellet redan 09, för att se om det gick att förvara bagaget, då det var mycket varmt. Vi fick vårt rum redan 09:30, trots incheckning 15:00. Mycket uppskattat. En speciell design och stil, genom hela hotellet och på rummen. Vi gillade den. Otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig personal, där tyskarna numera också pratar engelska. Sort och bekvämt rum, trots standard med utsikt mot gatorna och en livlig trafik. Störde dock inte mkt, mkt bra ljudisolering. En mycket god frukost, lite mindre utbud, men alldeles tillräckligt och som sagt, fräscht och färskt. Mysig miljö och innergård finns också. Enda minuset är att restaurangen har en begränsad meny med lite enklare rätter. Mer bistro i italiensk stil. Luftig reception med gott om platser och laddmöjligheter. Bra. Härligt svalkande AC, skönt då det var +39-41C under våra 4 nätter där. Dock lade AC’n av under sista dygnet, liksom problem med en hiss under en dag. Mycket snabbt och gratis WiFi. Ett av de trevligaste hotellen jag bott i ute i Europa, kommer gärna tillbaka. Bara ca 6-700m till stora tågstationen också (Berlin Hbf). Utmärkta lokala caféer och restauranger i närheten, liksom till kanalen.

Urban Loft is a very good place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, average size compared with other hotels in Europe. Location is very good. It is about 8-10 minutes walking from the Berlin main station. There is a bus 147 stop about 1 minute from the hotel that goes directly to Main Station. They have a restaurant Baccio di Mamma serving pizza and other good things. There is a market really close, a pizzeria, a coffee shop and a bar close by. Everybody was nice specially Maria who speaks Spanish and was extra nice with us. The hotel has no pool which is a disavantage specially during this incredible heat wave. I love the hotel and I will stay again in a blink.
