Urban Loft was a great experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the space was large enough for two people with a nice view. The staff could've been more helpful. When we walked in, it was unclear where to check in with no/minimal signage. When we found the staff on the way in, they just pointed us to the iPads, but on the way out, they wanted to press everything on the iPad for us.

Schönes Hotel nahe des Hauptbahnhofs (fußläufig 10 Minuten). Saubere Zimmer mit Safe und gutem Bett. Zusätzlich steht ganztägig kostenlos Wasser aus einem Wasserspender und von 23:30 bis 11:30 Uhr auch Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten bereit.

The sixth floor terrace wasn’t advertised but was really nice to enjoy with a drink and appetizer from the bar and grill downstairs. It had a great view. Loved all the handy shelves in the room!

Nice hotel nice location nice staff it’s very quiet. The only problem I had is it was warm and my air-conditioning would not really work, but it was warm in the hotel as a as a whole so I’m not sure if it worked at all that’s the only complaint. I love that we had free water to drink and coffee and great lobby.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant. Reasonably close to the train station, but also walkable to most downtown destinations. Included breakfast with good options was a nice benefit. Comfortable bed, quiet room.

We loved our large room with lots of natural light! The hotel lobby offered coffee, water and ice and plenty of tables to sit at. The location was excellent! Close to the train station and lots of destinations! Would recommend staying here!

Very pleased with my stay here, the staff was lovely and helpful, rooms were nice with good features. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room and also it was a massive bed but with two single bed duvets rather than one big duvet. Overall, a pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great location - easy to walk to the train station (Berlin HBF) and other bus and train lines. Great options for food and coffee and a grocery store right nest door. The staff were very nice and helpful. 24/7 access to drinks and food (restaurant in the lobby). Free (great) self-service coffee machines also in the lobby. Plenty of seating for lounging and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The airconditioning did not go down as low as we wanted (we like cold rooms to sleep in), but opening the window helped a lot (we were there early May so weather was mild and warm in the day time and cooler at night).

Rent rum och trevlig personal. Bra frukost med det viktigaste med. Bra att kunna hämta kaffe och vatten under dagen nere vid reception. En nackdel var att de stängde av kaffemaskinen redan vid 16 tiden och fick då betala 3,5 euro för en liten kopp kaffe i baristabryggaren.
